Abstract
Description
<ポリウレタンディスパージョン(PUD−A)の調製>
実施例1〜3および比較例1〜6(PUD−A1〜A9)
表1に記載の処方で、ポリイソシアネート成分と、ポリオール成分と、溶剤としてのメチルエチルケトン(MEK)とを混合し、窒素雰囲気下65〜70℃で、所定のNCO%(2〜11%以下)になるまで反応させ、イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーを含む反応液を得た。
m−XDI:タケネート500、1,3−キシリレンジイソシアネート、m−XDI、三井化学社製(非炭素環直結NCO化合物)
IPDI:VestanatIPDI、イソホロンジイソシアネート、IPDI、エボニック社製(炭素環直結NCO化合物)
TDI:コスモネートT−80、2,4−トリレンジイソシアネート、TDI、三井化学社製(炭素環直結NCO化合物)
H6XDI:タケネート600、1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,3−H6XDI、三井化学社製(非炭素環直結NCO化合物)
NBDI:ビス(イソシアナトメチル)ノルボルナン、NBDI、三井化学社製(非炭素環直結NCO化合物)
H12MDI:VestanatH12MDI、4,4’−メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート、エボニック社製(炭素環直結NCO化合物)
EG:エチレングリコール
TMP:トリメチロールプロパン

U−7020:タケラックU−7020、ポリエステルポリオール、数平均分子量2000、三井化学社製

AEA:2−((2−アミノエチル)アミノ)エタノール
KBM−603:N−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(商品名;KBM−603、信越化学社製
<コート液の調製>
調製例1〜21(コート剤−A1〜A21)
表2〜表3に記載の処方に従って、ポリウレタンディスパージョン(PUD)をマグネチックスターラーにて混合し、これにイオン交換水およびイソプロパノールを徐々に添加し、さらに、必要に応じて、架橋剤を添加して撹拌した。これにより、コート剤−A1〜21を得た。
IPA:イソプロパノール
タケネートWD−726:水分散ポリイソシアネート(架橋剤)、固形分濃度80質量%、三井化学社製
KBM−403:3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(架橋剤)、信越化学社製
カルボジライトV−02:ポリカルボジイミド化合物(架橋剤)、日清紡ケミカル社製
<積層体の作成>
実施例4〜12および比較例7〜18
・積層体−A1〜A21
表4〜表5に記載の処方に従って、各調製例で得られたコート剤を、基材としてのアルミナ蒸着PETフィルム(バリアロックス1011HG(#12)、東レフィルム加工社製)のアルミナ蒸着面に、乾燥厚み0.5g/m2となるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングし、110℃に設定した乾燥オーブンに投入して1分間乾燥させ、基材のアルミナ蒸着面の表面に、ポリウレタン層を形成した。その後、50℃で2日間養生した。
<ラミネートフィルムの作成>
各積層体のポリウレタン層に、ドライラミネート用接着剤としてタケラックA−310(三井化学社製)とタケネートA−3(三井化学社製)との混合物(タケラックA−310/タケネートA−3=10/1(質量比))を、乾燥厚み3g/m2となるようにバーコーターにて塗布し、ドライヤーで乾燥させた。
ラミネートフィルムを、120℃×30分間、0.2MPaの加圧下で、熱水滅菌処理した。その後の外観を目視で評価し、白化の有無を確認した。なお、白化がないものは「○」と評価した。
レトルト試験前後の各ラミネートフィルムにおいて、各積層体の基材(アルミナ蒸着面)と、ポリウレタン層との間のラミネート強度を、JIS K 6854に準拠したT字剥離試験(15mm幅)にて測定した。なお、測定中にアルミナ蒸着PETフィルムが切れたものは、「MF」とした。
レトルト試験前後の各ラミネートフィルムにおいて、酸素透過測定装置(OX−TRAN2/20、MOCON社製)を用いて、20℃、相対湿度80%(80%RH)での1m2、1日および1気圧当たりの酸素透過量(OTR)を測定した。
<ポリウレタンディスパージョン(PUD)の調製>
実施例13〜15および比較例19〜20(PUD−B1〜B5)
表6に記載の処方で、ポリイソシアネート成分と、ポリオール成分と、溶剤としてのメチルエチルケトン(MEK)またはアセトニトリルとを混合し、窒素雰囲気下65〜70℃で、所定のNCO%(6〜11%以下)になるまで反応させ、イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーを含む反応液を得た。
調製例22〜35(コート剤−B1〜B14)
表7〜表8に記載の処方に従って、ポリウレタンディスパージョン(PUD)をマグネチックスターラーにて混合し、これにイオン交換水およびイソプロパノールを徐々に添加し、さらに、必要に応じて、架橋剤を添加して撹拌した。これにより、コート剤−B1〜14を得た。
実施例16〜23および比較例21〜31
・積層体−B1〜B19
表9〜表10に記載の処方に従って、各調製例で得られたコート剤を、基材としてのアルミナ蒸着PETフィルム(バリアロックス1011HG(#12)、東レフィルム加工社製)のアルミナ蒸着面に、乾燥厚み0.5g/m2となるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングし、110℃に設定した乾燥オーブンに投入して1分間乾燥させ、基材のアルミナ蒸着面の表面に、第1ポリウレタン層を形成した。その後、50℃で2日間養生した。
<ラミネートフィルムの作成>
各積層体のポリウレタン層に、ドライラミネート用接着剤としてタケラックA−310(三井化学社製)とタケネートA−3(三井化学社製)との混合物(タケラックA−310/タケネートA−3=10/1(質量比))を、乾燥厚み3g/m2となるようにバーコーターにて塗布し、ドライヤーで乾燥させた。
ラミネートフィルムを、120℃×30分間、0.2MPaの加圧下で、熱水滅菌処理した。

Claims (6)
- ポリウレタン樹脂が水分散されてなるポリウレタンディスパージョンであって、
前記ポリウレタン樹脂は、ポリイソシアネート成分と活性水素基含有成分とを少なくとも反応させた反応生成物であり、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分は、
炭素環と、前記炭素環に直接結合する少なくとも1つのイソシアネート基とを有するポリイソシアネート化合物を、前記ポリイソシアネート成分の総量に対して90質量%以上の割合で含有し、
前記活性水素基含有成分は、炭素数2〜4のジオール、および、親水性基を含有する活性水素基含有化合物を含有する
ことを特徴とする、ポリウレタンディスパージョン。 - 前記ポリイソシアネート化合物が、イソホロンジイソシアネートを含有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンディスパージョン。 - さらに、架橋剤を含有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンディスパージョン。 - 請求項1に記載のポリウレタンディスパージョンの乾燥物を含む第1ポリウレタン層と、
前記第1ポリウレタン層の少なくとも一方側の表面に接触するように配置される無機層とを備える
ことを特徴とする、積層体。 - 前記無機層が、酸化アルミニウムおよび/または酸化ケイ素を含有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の積層体。 - さらに、前記第1ポリウレタン層の前記無機層が接触する一方側の表面に対する他方側の表面において、第2ポリウレタン樹脂を含有する第2ポリウレタンディスパージョンの乾燥物を含む第2ポリウレタン層を備えており、
前記第2ポリウレタン樹脂は、キシリレンジイソシアネートおよび/または水添キシリレンジイソシアネートを含む第2ポリイソシアネート成分と、炭素数2〜4のジオール、および、親水性基を含有する活性水素基含有化合物を含む第2活性水素基含有成分とを少なくとも反応させた反応生成物である
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の積層体。
