Claims (11)
- 長尺なシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の先端側に配置され、前記シャフト部の長さ方向に沿って延在し、前記シャフト部の径方向に変形可能である電気的に独立した複数の電極部と、
前記シャフト部に埋設される埋設部を備え、前記電極部へ電流を通す電気的に独立した複数の導電体と、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの導電体は、前記シャフト部の先端面から突出し、前記電極部と接続される突出部を有する医療デバイス。 - 複数の前記導電体の各々が前記突出部を有し、前記突出部の各々が異なる前記電極部と接続される請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記突出部の少なくとも一部は、前記シャフト部の周方向と直角である請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記突出部の少なくとも一部は、前記シャフト部の軸心と平行であり、前記埋設部の少なくとも一部は、前記シャフト部の軸心を巻回する螺旋状である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 複数の前記電極部は、前記シャフト部の周方向に均等に配置される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部の軸心から前記導電体までの半径をR、前記導電体の数をN、前記シャフト部の軸心と直交する断面に対する前記導電体の傾斜角度をθとした場合、隣接する前記導電体の中心軸間の距離は、2πR/N・sinθである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 複数の前記電極部は、前記シャフト部の周方向の一部に偏って配置される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部の外周面に配置される環状の支持体をさらに有し、
前記支持体は、前記電極部および前記突出部の少なくとも一方を収容する収容部が形成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記シャフト部は、前記先端面よりも径方向内側の位置から、前記先端面よりも先端側へ突出する段差部を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記導電体は、螺旋状に編組された複数の線材の少なくとも一部であり、絶縁材料で表面を被覆されている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部および電極部の間に位置し、前記シャフト部の径方向外側へ拡張可能な拡張体を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
