Claims (7)
- 大動脈を経て腎動脈の分岐部分にまで挿し入れられることにより、治療用カテーテルを該大動脈から該腎動脈へ導くガイディングカテーテルにおいて、
該腎動脈における該大動脈からの分岐部分に位置せしめられるディスタール側の外周面に検査用電極が設けられていることを特徴とするガイディングカテーテル。 - 前記ディスタール側にバルーンが設けられており、該バルーンの外周面に前記検査用電極が設けられている請求項1に記載のガイディングカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンの長さ方向の両側を相互に連通する灌流ルーメンが設けられている請求項2に記載のガイディングカテーテル。
- 前記検査用電極が、前記ディスタール側の外周面において周方向で実質的に環状とされていると共に、軸方向に離隔して複数設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガイディングカテーテル。
- 前記検査用電極が、前記ディスタール側の外周面において周方向で離隔して複数設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガイディングカテーテル。
- 前記治療用カテーテルが挿通される中央ルーメンの外周側に配線用ルーメンが形成されており、前記検査用電極に接続されたリード線が該配線用ルーメンに配線されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のガイデンィグカテーテル。
- 前記治療用カテーテルが挿通される中央ルーメンの外周壁に補強ブレードが固着されていると共に、前記検査用電極に接続されたリード線が該補強ブレードに編み込まれて配線されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のガイディングカテーテル。
