Claims (6)
- セラミックスからなる部材と、
該部材内に少なくとも一部が位置する電極棒と、を備え、
前記部材における前記電極棒に接触する表面は、粗さ曲線から求められるスキューネスRskが正である電気メス用ヘッド。 - 前記表面は、粗さ曲線から求められる突出谷部深さRvk、粗さ曲線から求められるコア部のレベル差Rkおよび粗さ曲線から求められる突出山部高さRpkの比Rvk/(Rvk+Rk+Rpk)が0.4以下である請求項1に記載の電気メス用ヘッド。
- 前記表面は、粗さ曲線から求められる突出谷部深さRvkが2μm以下である請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気メス用ヘッド。
- 前記表面は、粗さ曲線から求められる凹凸の平均間隔RSmが15μm以上である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気メス用ヘッド。
- 前記表面は、粗さ曲線から求められる山部頂点の平均間隔Sが8μm以上である請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気メス用ヘッド。
- 前記部材は、窒化珪素質セラミックスからなる請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気メス用ヘッド。
