Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、本実施形態の制御装置が適用されるハイブリッド車両の構成例について説明する。ハイブリッド車両の駆動系は、エンジン11と、自動変速機12と、モータ13と、トランスファ14と、ディファレンシャル機構15とを有する。ハイブリッド車両の電源系は、二次電池であるバッテリ20を有する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態のハイブリッド車両の制御系は、エンジンコントロールユニット(ECU)31、トランスミッションコントロールユニット(TCU)32、モータコントロールユニット(MCU)33、及びハイブリッドコントロールユニット(HCU)30を有する。
図4は、本実施形態のHCU30が実行する処理の流れを示す。この処理は、少なくともハイブリッド走行モード中、所定の周期で繰り返し実行される。
上記のように、TCU32は、例えば図2に示されるようなマップを用いて、エンジン11の運転状態が最適燃費線204の上に位置するように、自動変速機12の変速比、具体的にはCVTのプーリ比Rを制御する。なお、TCU32は、マップの代わりに計算式等を用いてもよい。このような変速比の制御則を、以下、第1制御則という。
一般に、エンジンと車輪との間に変速機が設けられた車両では、車輪における要求駆動力と車輪の速度を所与としても、変速機の変速比が所定範囲で変化しうるため、エンジンの運転状態にはある程度の可変幅がある。よって、変速比を制御することで、エンジンの運転状態を何らかの目的に適した状態にすることができる。
Claims (7)
- 車輪(18)の駆動力を発生可能な動力源として内燃機関(11)及び電動機(13)を備え、前記内燃機関(11)と前記車輪(18)との間に、第1制御則に従って変速比が制御される変速機(12)が設けられたハイブリッド車両を制御するための装置(30)であって、
前記電動機(13)による駆動力(Fm)と前記内燃機関(11)による駆動力(Fe)との合計が要求駆動力(Fd)となるように、第2制御則に従って目標変速比を演算し、前記第1制御則で用いられるパラメータ(vAp)を前記目標変速比に基づき決定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 前記第2制御則は、前記変速機(12)が現在とり得る複数の変速比に応じて、前記内燃機関(11)が現在とり得る複数の運転状態を演算し、前記複数の運転状態の中から選択した1つの運転状態に基づき前記目標変速比を演算する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 前記第2制御則は、前記内燃機関(11)の運転状態を前記内燃機関(11)及び前記電動機(13)のエネルギー効率の向上に適した状態にするための制御則である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 前記変速機(12)は無段変速機である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記第1制御則に従って前記変速機(12)の変速比を制御する変速制御装置(32)を有し、
前記ハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)は、前記決定したパラメータ(vAp)を前記変速制御装置(32)に出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 前記パラメータはアクセルペダルの操作量(vAp)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置(30)。 - 車輪(18)の駆動力を発生可能な動力源として内燃機関(11)及び電動機(13)を備え、前記内燃機関(11)と前記車輪(18)との間に、第1制御則に従って変速比が制御される変速機(12)が設けられたハイブリッド車両を制御する方法であって、
前記電動機(13)による駆動力(Fm)と前記内燃機関(11)による駆動力(Fe)との合計が要求駆動力(Fd)となるように、第2制御則に従って目標変速比を演算し、前記第1制御則で用いられるパラメータ(vAp)を前記目標変速比に基づき決定する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
