Abstract
Description
吐出圧力の吐出流体が通過する吐出ポート、吸入圧力の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートおよび制御圧力の制御流体が通過する制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、ソレノイドにより駆動されるロッドと、主弁座と主弁体とにより構成され前記ロッドの移動により前記吐出ポートと前記制御ポートとの連通を開閉する主弁と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記ロッドの移動により、前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとの連通を開閉するCS弁と、
前記主弁体と前記ロッドとを互いに反対方向に付勢する付勢手段と、を備え、
前記主弁体と前記ロッドは、軸方向に相対移動可能に配置されている。
これによれば、主弁体はロッドに対して相対移動可能に配置されているから、CS弁を閉塞した状態で主弁を制御することができる。また、起動時および最大通電状態で主弁が閉じた際においてロッドがCS弁を開放し制御ポートと吸入ポートを連通させることにより、制御圧力と吸入圧力を均圧(同圧)に維持することができる。一方、通電状態で主弁を制御する際においてCS弁を閉塞し制御ポートと吸入ポートを遮断させることにより、吸入流体が導入された領域への制御流体の流れ込みを防ぐことができる。このようにして、容量可変型圧縮機の起動時の液冷媒の排出および運転効率を高めることができる。
これによれば、係止部によりロッドに対する弁体の軸方向の位置決めを正確に行うことができる。
これによれば、スプール弁構造であるから、ロッドが軸方向に所定量以上のストロークではCS弁の閉塞状態となり、CS弁を確実に閉塞できる。
これによれば、CS弁の最大開度を調整することができる。
これによれば、主弁体とロッドとの軸方向の相対移動を安定させることができる。
これによれば、ロッドに対する主弁体のスライド構造を簡素にすることができる。
前記ロッドには、前記圧力駆動弁の開閉により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとを連通させることが可能な中空連通路が形成されてもよい。
これによれば、起動時において、圧力駆動弁によっても冷媒を排出できるから冷媒排出を迅速に行うことができる。
これによれば、吸入ポートと第2制御ポートが隣り合うため、CS弁を有する容量制御弁は簡素な構造となる。

Claims (8)
- 吐出圧力の吐出流体が通過する吐出ポート、吸入圧力の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートおよび制御圧力の制御流体が通過する制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、ソレノイドにより駆動されるロッドと、主弁座と主弁体とにより構成され前記ロッドの移動により前記吐出ポートと前記制御ポートとの連通を開閉する主弁と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記ロッドの移動により、前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとの連通を開閉するCS弁と、
前記主弁体と前記ロッドとを互いに反対方向に付勢する付勢手段と、を備え、
前記主弁体と前記ロッドは、軸方向に相対移動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記主弁体は、前記ロッドの軸方向への相対移動に対する係止部を有している請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記CS弁は、スプール弁構造である請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記主弁体と前記ロッドには、軸方向に当接する当接部がそれぞれ設けられている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記主弁体は、内周が前記ロッドに摺動するとともに、外周が前記バルブハウジングに摺動するものである請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記ロッドには、前記付勢手段の一端が当接するバネ受け部が設けられている請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記吸入圧力により開閉する圧力駆動弁を備え、
前記ロッドには、前記圧力駆動弁の開閉により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとを連通させることが可能な中空連通路が形成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。 - 前記制御ポートは第1制御ポートと第2制御ポートからなり、前記ソレノイド側から、前記吸入ポート、前記第2制御ポート、前記吐出ポート、前記第1制御ポートの順に配置されている請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
