Abstract
Description
小型で軽量である成形品を成形機から取り出す成形品の取出装置であって、
前記成形機の取出部から前記成形品を受け取る第一の取出部材と、
前記第一の取出部材から前記成形品を受け取る第二の取出部材と、
前記第一の取出部材を水平方向に移動させる第一の駆動機構と、
前記第二の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第二の駆動機構と、
を備え、
前記第一の取出部材及び前記第二の取出部材は、
前記成形品を収容する収容部と、
水平方向にスライドすることで前記収容部を開閉させるシャッター板と、を備え、
前記収容部を閉じた状態で前記成形品を前記収容部に収容し、
前記収容部を開くことで前記成形品を前記収容部から落下させる。
前記シャッター板は前記成形品を受け取る面に緩衝材を備えると好ましい。
前記第一の取出部材及び第二の取出部材はアルミニウム鋼材により構成されると好ましい。
前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第三の駆動機構を備え、
前記第三の駆動機構は、
前記第一の取出部材が前記成形機の取出部から前記成形品を受け取る際に、前記第一の取出部材を前記成形機に近づけるように、前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向の上方向に移動させる、と好ましい。
前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第三の駆動機構を備え、
前記第三の駆動機構は、
前記第一の取出部材が前記第二の取出部材に前記成形品を受け渡す際に、前記第一の取出部材を前記第二の取出部材に近づけるように、前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向の下方向に移動させる、と好ましい。
まず、図2に示すように、第一の駆動機構50により第一の取出部材40aを左方向に移動させて、成形機20の取出部24に配置させる。そして、第三の駆動機構70により第一の取出部材40aを上方向に移動させて、成形機20のネック型27に近づける。第一の取出部材40aがネック型27に近づいたところで、成形品10のネック部11をネック型27から開放して成形品10を落下させて収容部41aに収容させる。この時、第一の取出部材40aのシャッター板42aにより、第一の取出部材40aの収容部41aの底部は閉じた状態にしておく。
Claims (5)
- 小型で軽量である成形品を成形機から取り出す成形品の取出装置であって、
前記成形機の取出部から前記成形品を受け取る第一の取出部材と、
前記第一の取出部材から前記成形品を受け取る第二の取出部材と、
前記第一の取出部材を水平方向に移動させる第一の駆動機構と、
前記第二の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第二の駆動機構と、
を備え、
前記第一の取出部材及び前記第二の取出部材は、
前記成形品を収容する収容部と、
水平方向にスライドすることで前記収容部を開閉させるシャッター板と、を備え、
前記収容部を閉じた状態で前記成形品を前記収容部に収容し、
前記収容部を開くことで前記成形品を前記収容部から落下させる、
成形品の取出装置。 - 前記シャッター板は前記成形品を受け取る面に緩衝材を備える、
請求項1に記載に成形品の取出装置。 - 前記第一の取出部材及び第二の取出部材はアルミニウム鋼材により構成される、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の成形品の取出装置。 - 前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第三の駆動機構を備え、
前記第三の駆動機構は、
前記第一の取出部材が前記成形機の取出部から前記成形品を受け取る際に、前記第一の取出部材を前記成形機に近づけるように、前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向の上方向に移動させる、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の成形品の取出装置。 - 前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向に移動させる第三の駆動機構を備え、
前記第三の駆動機構は、
前記第一の取出部材が前記第二の取出部材に前記成形品を受け渡す際に、前記第一の取出部材を前記第二の取出部材に近づけるように、前記第一の取出部材を鉛直方向の下方向に移動させる、
請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の成形品の取出装置。
