Abstract
【解決手段】車輪ブレーキに作用するブレーキ液圧の液圧制御可能な車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置である。今回の増圧制御の増圧時間が、過去の増圧制御の増圧時間に基づいて設定される判定時間を超えたか判定し、今回の増圧制御の増圧時間が判定時間を超えた場合に、車両の走行路面が低摩擦係数路面から高摩擦係数路面に変化したと判定する。
【効果】簡易な方法で且つ車両の走行路面の摩擦係数が低摩擦係数路面から高摩擦係数路面に急激に変化したことを精度良く判定できる。
Description
ABS制御時の減圧状態は、入口制御弁15及び出口制御弁16に対して電流を流して、マスタシリンダ12と車輪ブレーキ14の間を遮断する(入口制御弁15が閉)とともに、車輪ブレーキ14とリザーバ13を連通する(出口制御弁16が開)状態である。車輪ブレーキ14に通じる作動液が、出口制御弁16を通ってリザーバ13に逃がされ、車輪ブレーキ14に作用している作動液圧が減圧される。
図3に示すように、ABS制御時において判定部31は、ステップ番号(以下、STと記す。)01で、保存されている直近の3回分の増圧制御の増圧時間Tn−3、Tn−2、Tn−1を読込む。
ST03で、最大値Tmaxに所定のオフセット値αを加算し、判定時間Tth1(=Tmax+α)を設定し、この判定時間Tth1をしきい値とする。
ST04で、今回の増圧制御の増圧時間Tnを計測する。
ST06で、タイヤに対する走行路面の摩擦係数が低摩擦係数(低μ)から高摩擦係数(高μ)に変化した(μジャンプ)信号を発生し、ST07に進む。
ST06の後、又は、ST05でTn≦Tth1の場合、ST07で、2回前の増圧制御の増圧時間Tn−2をTn−3に書き換え、1回前の増圧制御の増圧時間Tn−1をTn−2に書き換える。
ST08で、Tn−1の値を今回の増圧時間Tnで書き換える。
ST09で、書き換えた増圧時間Tn−3、Tn−2、Tn−1を記憶し、終了する。
図4(a)(b)は図2(a)(b)の変更例を説明する図であり、今回の制御サイクルにおいて、判定時間Tth1よりも短い規定時間Tth2になったときに、増圧レートを上げる点が上記の実施例と異なっている。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも増圧制御及び減圧制御を含む制御サイクルを繰り返すことによって車輪ブレーキに作用するブレーキ液圧の液圧制御可能な車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、
液圧制御中に、今回の増圧制御の増圧時間が、過去の増圧制御の増圧時間に基づいて設定される判定時間を超えたか判定し、
前記今回の増圧制御の増圧時間が前記判定時間を超えた場合に、車両の走行路面が低摩擦係数路面から高摩擦係数路面に変化したと判定することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記今回の増圧制御の増圧時間が、前記判定時間よりも短い規定時間に達した場合に、今回の増圧制御における増圧レートを大きくするように変更することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
直近の所定回数分の増圧制御の増圧時間に基づき前記判定時間を設定することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記直近の所定回数分の増圧制御の増圧時間のうち最も大きなものに、所定のオフセット値を加算することによって、前記判定時間を設定することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
