Claims (11)
- 正負の電極端子を備える複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの内、互いに隣接して配置される電池セル間で対向する前記電極端子同士を電気接続するバスバーとを備える電源装置であって、
前記バスバーが、
一方の電池セルの電極端子に接続される第一接続部と、
他方の電池セルの電極端子に接続される、前記第一接続部と略平行な第二接続部と、
前記第一接続部から折曲された第一折曲部を介して連続する、前記第一接続部と略平行な第一中間部と、
前記第二接続部から折曲された第二折曲部を介して連続する、前記第二接続部と略平行な第二中間部と、を備えており、
前記第一中間部と第二中間部とが、断面視をU字状とする第三折曲部で連続して接続されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載される電源装置であって、
前記第二中間部が第一中間部よりも面積を大きく形成されており、
前記第二中間部はさらに、端子接続用の切り欠きを形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載される電源装置であって、
前記端子接続用の切り欠きが、前記第二中間部に開口された接続穴である電源装置。 - 請求項3に記載される電源装置であって、
前記接続穴が円形状である電源装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記正負の電極端子が、互いに異なる金属で構成されており、
前記バスバーを構成する金属が、前記正負の電極端子を構成する金属のいずれかと同種であり、
前記バスバーの第一接続部と第二接続部の内、同種金属の電極端子と接合される側を、異種金属の電極端子と接続される側よりも、部分的に幅狭となる領域を形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記第一接続部と、第二接続部が、それぞれ、部分的に肉厚を薄くした薄肉領域を形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記バスバーが、一枚の金属板を折曲して構成されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載される電源装置であって、
前記電極端子が、その表面を、該電極端子と異なる金属でめっきしてなる電源装置。 - 請求項8に記載される電源装置であって、
前記電極端子が、銅製であり、
前記めっきがニッケル製であり、
前記バスバーが、アルミニウム製である電源装置。 - 請求項1〜9に記載の電源装置を備える車両。
- 一対の電池セルの電極端子を接続するためのバスバーであって、
一方の電池セルの電極端子に接続される第一接続部と、
他方の電池セルの電極端子に接続される、前記第一接続部と略平行な第二接続部と、
前記第一接続部から折曲された第一折曲部を介して連続する、前記第一接続部と略平行な第一中間部と、
前記第二接続部から折曲された第二折曲部を介して連続する、前記第二接続部と略平行な第二中間部と、を備えており、
前記第一中間部と第二中間部とが、断面視をU字状とする第三折曲部で連続して接続されてなるバスバー。
