Description
Claims (7)
- 第1部材と、
前記第1部材と重ねられた重ね合わせ部分、および前記重ね合わせ部分から第1の方向に沿って張り出す張出部分を含む板状の第2部材とを備え、
前記重ね合わせ部分において前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが溶接または溶着により接合される接合部が形成され、
前記接合部は、前記張出部分に対して逆側に位置する切り欠き部を含み、
前記接合部に対して張出部分の反対側に位置する前記第2部材に孔部が形成され、
前記孔部を避けるように前記接合部に前記切り欠き部が形成される、部材の接合構造。 - 前記切り欠き部が囲む領域の面積は、前記接合部の面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の部材の接合構造。
- 前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に沿った前記接合部の全幅(D1)は、前記第2の方向に沿った前記切り欠き部の幅(D2)の2倍以上6倍以下である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の部材の接合構造。
- 前記第1の方向に沿った前記接合部の全幅(H1)と前記切り欠き部の幅(H2)との差(H1-H2)は、前記第2部材の板厚(T)の1.4倍以上4倍以下である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の部材の接合構造。
- 前記接合部は略C字状に形成される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の部材の接合構造。
- 前記第1部材としての電極端子を含む電池セルと、
前記第2部材としてのバスバーとを備え、
前記電極端子と前記バスバーとの接合構造として請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の部材の接合構造を含む、電池モジュール。 - ケースと、
前記ケースに収納された請求項6に記載の電池モジュールとを備えた、電池パック。
