Claims (11)
- 電動の駐車ブレーキ機構の動作を指示する操作スイッチであって、
2つの入力端子および2つの出力端子と、
前記2つの入力端子および前記2つの出力端子のうちの、前記入力端子と前記出力端子との一対毎に、前記入力端子と前記出力端子との間に、それぞれ設けられる一対の2つの配線と、
前記入力端子または前記出力端子に設けられ、前記動作の指示に応じて前記2つの配線との接続を切り換える第1の切換子と、
前記2つの配線のうち、前記第1の切換子における前記動作の指示が不操作態様に設定されるときに前記入力端子と前記出力端子とを接続する一の配線に接続され、前記動作の指示に応じて前記2つの出力端子または前記2つの入力端子との接続を切り換える第2の切換子と、
を備え、
前記一対の2つの配線のうち、少なくとも前記一の配線、または、該一の配線以外の他の配線のいずれかには、それぞれ互いに異なる値の抵抗が設けられている
操作スイッチ。 - 請求項1に記載の操作スイッチであって、
前記2つの入力端子および前記2つの出力端子は、1つの前記入力端子と1つの前記出力端子とで電気的に関連付けられた対をなしており、
前記2つの配線のうち、前記他の配線は、前記1つの入力端子または前記1つの出力端子と対をなす、前記1つの出力端子または前記1つの入力端子に接続されている
操作スイッチ。 - 電動の駐車ブレーキ機構の動作として、不操作態様、制動作動態様、および、制動解除態様を指示するための操作スイッチであって、
2つの入力端子と、
2つの出力端子と、
前記2つの入力端子と前記2つの出力端子との間に設けられ、それぞれ異なる値を有する抵抗素子を有する4つの抵抗配線と、
前記2つの入力端子と、前記4つの抵抗配線のうち、それぞれ異なる出力端子に接続される2つの第1の抵抗配線、および、他の2つの第2の抵抗配線と、の接続状態を、前記不操作態様、前記制動作動態様および前記制動解除態様のいずれかを表す態様指示に応じて同時に切り換える第1の切換子と、
前記2つの第1の抵抗配線と、それぞれ異なる前記2つの出力端子と、の接続状態を、前記態様指示に応じて同時に切り換える第2の切換子と、を有し、
前記2つの出力端子のそれぞれから前記態様指示に応じて異なる信号を出力する
操作スイッチ。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の操作スイッチであって、
前記2つの入力端子の各々には、車両電源が接続される
操作スイッチ。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の操作スイッチであって、
前記2つの入力端子の各々には、互いに異なる電圧が供給される
操作スイッチ。 - 電動の駐車ブレーキ機構の動作を指示する操作スイッチに電圧を印加して不操作、作動指示、および、解除指示の操作態様を検出する駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記操作スイッチは、内部に配置された抵抗素子により前記操作態様に応じてそれぞれ互いに異なる信号を出力する2つの出力端子を有し、
前記駐車ブレーキ制御装置は、
前記操作スイッチの接点へ電圧を印加したときの前記2つの出力端子の各々の出力値から前記操作態様とスイッチ故障とを検出する検出手段を備え、
当該検出手段の検出結果に基づき、それぞれ異なる報知手段により報知を行う
駐車ブレーキ制御装置。 - 電動の駐車ブレーキ機構の動作を指示する操作スイッチに電圧を印加して不操作、作動指示、および、解除指示の操作態様を検出する駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記操作スイッチは、内部に配置された抵抗素子により前記操作態様に応じてそれぞれ互いに異なる信号を出力する2つの出力端子を有し、
前記駐車ブレーキ制御装置は、
前記操作スイッチの接点へ電圧を印加したときの前記2つの出力端子の各々の出力値から前記操作態様とスイッチ故障とを検出する検出手段を有し、
当該検出手段のスイッチ故障検出により故障報知を行い、当該故障報知を行っている状態で、前記検出手段により前記操作スイッチの操作が検出されたときに、故障報知以外の報知手段により当該操作が受け入れられないことを報知する
駐車ブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記2つの出力端子の各々には、車両電源が接続される
駐車ブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記2つの出力端子の各々には、互いに異なる電圧が供給される
駐車ブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項6ないし9のいずれかに記載の駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記スイッチ故障を報知する前記報知手段は、他の車両機器の故障を報知する故障報知手段である
駐車ブレーキ制御装置。 - 請求項6ないし10のいずれかに記載の駐車ブレーキ制御装置であって、
前記故障報知を行っている状態で、前記検出手段により前記操作スイッチの操作が検出されたときの前記報知手段は、前記駐車ブレーキ機構の作動状態を報知する作動状態報知手段である
