Claims (5)
- 車両の一対の車輪毎に配置され、各車輪と共に回転する各回転部材に当接可能に配置される摩擦部材を、ブレーキペダルの操作に基づいて押圧部材で推進する一対のブレーキ機構と、
該各ブレーキ機構にそれぞれ設けられ、前記押圧部材を電動モータにより推進させ、推進した前記押圧部材を保持する押圧部材保持機構と、
作動要求信号に対する電動モータの制御可否を切り換え、前記各押圧部材保持機構による押圧部材の保持状態または解除状態を記憶すると共に、前記各押圧部材保持機構の故障を検出する制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、
前記一対の押圧部材保持機構のうちの一方の押圧部材保持機構が故障しており、当該故障している一方の押圧部材保持機構が解除状態として記憶されている場合には、前記他方の押圧部材保持機構への解除作動要求信号に対する前記電動モータの押圧部材解除作動および作動要求信号に対する前記電動モータの押圧部材保持作動を許可し、前記故障している一方の押圧部材保持機構が保持状態として記憶されている場合には、前記他方の押圧部材保持機構への作動要求信号に対する前記電動モータの押圧部材保持作動を許可する一方、前記他方の押圧部材保持機構への解除作動要求信号に対する前記電動モータの押圧部材解除作動を許可しないことを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記各押圧部材保持機構による押圧部材の保持が完了したときに、前記保持状態を記憶し、前記各押圧部材保持機構による押圧部材の解除が完了したときに、前記解除状態を記憶するとともに、
作動要求信号に対して前記電動モータを駆動しているときで、前記押圧部材の保持または解除が完了する前に、前記電動モータの駆動が終了したときに、前記押圧部材の状態を不明状態として記憶することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記一対の押圧部材保持機構のうちの一方の押圧部材保持機構が故障しており、当該故障している一方の押圧部材保持機構が不明状態として記憶されている場合には、前記他方の押圧部材保持機構への解除作動要求信号に対する前記電動モータの押圧部材解除作動を許可しないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記電動モータの通電状況や前記制御手段の内部回路の状況に応じて、前記押圧部材保持機構の故障を判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動モータに供給される電流値によって、前記押圧部材保持機構の故障を判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のブレーキ装置。
