Abstract
Description
図1は実施の形態1における断熱シート10の上面図である。図2は図1に示す断熱シート10の線II−IIにおける断面図である。
図6は実施の形態2における断熱シート50の上面図である。図7は図6に示す断熱シート50の線VII−VIIにおける断面図である。図6と図7において図1と図2に示す実施の形態1における断熱シート10と同じ部分には同じ参照番号を付す。断熱シート50は、実施の形態1の断熱シート10の断熱材13〜16のキセロゲル117A〜117Dをそれぞれ担持する繊維シート17A〜17Dの代わりに、キセロゲル117A〜117Dを担持する1枚の繊維シート57を備える。
図10Aは実施の形態3における背もたれ付きシート71の斜視図である。背もたれ付きシート71は、着座部71Aと、方向D71で着座部71Aに結合して使用者が背をもたれる背もたれ部71Bと、着座部71Aに設けられた断熱シート70Aと、背もたれ部71Bに設けられた断熱シート70Bとを備える。使用者は着座部71Aに着座し、背もたれ部71Bに背をもたせる。実施の形態3では断熱シート70Aは断熱シート70Bに繋がっているが、断熱シート70Bから離れていてもよい。すなわち断熱シート70A、70Bは、背もたれ付きシート71の着座部71Aから背もたれ部71Bにかけて設けられている。背もたれ付きシート71の表層は例えば布製あるいは皮革製からなる。

Claims (27)
- 断熱シートであって、
主面を有する第1シートと、
前記第1シートの前記主面に配置され、第1キセロゲルを有する第1断熱材と、
前記第1シートの前記主面に前記第1断熱材から離れて配置され、第2キセロゲルを有する第2断熱材と、
前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とを覆うように前記第1シートの前記主面に配置された第2シートと、
を備え、
前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とに挟まれている前記断熱シートの第1領域の伸び率は、前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とのそれぞれの伸び率よりも大きい、断熱シート。 - 前記第1断熱材は、前記第1キセロゲルを担持する第1繊維からなる第1繊維シートをさらに有し、
前記第2断熱材は、前記第2キセロゲルを担持する第2繊維からなる第2繊維シートをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記第1繊維シートと前記第2繊維シートは前記第1シートと前記第2シートにそれぞれ接合している、請求項2に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域において前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通するスリットが設けられている、請求項3に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1断熱材は、
前記第1繊維シートに積層されてかつ第3繊維からなる第3繊維シートと、
前記第3繊維に担持されている第3キセロゲルと、
をさらに有し、
前記第2断熱材は、
前記第2繊維シートに積層されてかつ第4繊維からなる第4繊維シートと、
前記第4繊維に担持されている第4キセロゲルと、
をさらに有する、請求項2に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記第1繊維は、熱可塑性樹脂からなり、
前記第2繊維は、熱可塑性樹脂からなり、
前記第1シートは、熱可塑性樹脂からなり、
前記第2シートは、熱可塑性樹脂からなる、請求項2に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記第1シートの伸び率と前記第2のシートの伸び率とは前記第1繊維シートの伸び率の2倍以上である、請求項2に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1キセロゲルと前記第2キセロゲルとを担持する繊維からなる繊維シートをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記繊維シートの前記第1キセロゲルと前記第2キセロゲルとに挟まれている部分は、前記第1シートと前記第2シートとに接合している、請求項8に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域において、前記第1シートを貫通するスリットと、前記第2シートを貫通するスリットとが設けられている、請求項8に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域において前記第1シートは前記第2シートと縫い合わせられている、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域において前記第1シートは前記第2シートと一方向に縫い合わせられている、請求項11に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とは長方形状を有し、
前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材との間の距離は前記長方形状の短辺の長さの1%以上10%以下である、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記第1シートの厚さと前記第2シートの厚さは前記第1断熱材の厚さと前記第2断熱材の厚さよりも小さい、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1シートの前記主面に前記第1断熱材および前記第2断熱材とから離れて配置され、第3キセロゲルを有する第3断熱材と、
前記第1シートの前記主面に前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材と前記第3断熱材とから離れて配置され、第4キセロゲルを有する第4断熱材と、
をさらに備え、
前記第2シートは、前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材と前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材とを覆うように前記第1シートの前記主面に配置され、
前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記断熱シートの前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材に挟まれている第2領域の伸び率は、前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材の伸び率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第1断熱材と前記第3断熱材に挟まれている前記断熱シートの第3領域の伸び率は、前記第1断熱材と前記第3断熱材の伸び率よりも大きく、
前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第2断熱材と前記第4断熱材に挟まれている前記断熱シートの第4領域の伸び率は、前記第2断熱材と前記第4断熱材の伸び率よりも大きい、請求項15に記載の断熱シート。 - 前記第1シートと前記第2シートとは前記第1領域と前記第2領域と前記第3領域と前記第4領域の少なくとも1つの領域で縫い合わせられている、請求項16に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1シートと前記第2シートとは前記第1領域と前記第2領域と前記第3領域と前記第4領域のうちの複数の領域で同じ方向に縫い合わされている、請求項17に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域と前記第2領域との間では前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通する孔が設けられていない、請求項18に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記主面と平行な第1方向の前記断熱シートの伸び率は、前記主面と平行でかつ前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向の前記断熱シートの伸び率よりも大きい、請求項19に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第1領域には前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通する第1スリットが設けられており、
前記第2領域には前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通する第2スリットが設けられており、
前記第3領域には前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通する第3スリットが設けられており、
前記第1領域には前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通する第4スリットが設けられており、
前記第1スリットと前記第2スリットと前記第3スリットと前記第4スリットとは互いに長さが異なる、請求項20に記載の断熱シート。 - 着座部と、
前記着座部に結合する背もたれ部と、
前記着座部に配置された第1断熱シートと、
前記背もたれ部に配置された第2断熱シートと、
を備え、
前記第1断熱シートは、
主面を有する第1シートと、
前記第1シートの前記主面に配置され、第1キセロゲルを有する第1断熱材と、
前記第1シートの前記主面に前記第1断熱材から離れて配置され、第2キセロゲルを有する第2断熱材と、
前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とを覆うように前記第1シートの前記主面に配置された第2シートと、
を含み、
前記第1シートの前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とに挟まれている前記第1断熱シートの領域の伸び率は、前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材の伸び率よりも大きく、
前記第1シートの前記主面と平行な第1方向の前記第1断熱シートの伸び率は、前記第1主面と平行でかつ前記第1方向と異なる第2方向の前記第1断熱シートの伸び率よりも大きく、
前記第2断熱シートは、
主面を有する第3シートと、
前記第3シートの前記主面に配置され、第3キセロゲルを有する第3断熱材と、
前記第3シートの前記主面に前記第3断熱材から離れて配置され、第4キセロゲルを有する第4断熱材と、
前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材とを覆うように前記第3シートの前記主面に配置された第4シートと、

前記第3シートの前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材とに挟まれている前記第2断熱シートの領域の伸び率は、前記第3断熱材と前記第4断熱材の伸び率よりも大きく、
前記第3シートの前記主面と平行な第3方向の前記第2断熱シートの伸び率は、前記第3シートの前記主面と平行でかつ前記第3方向と異なる第4方向の前記第2断熱シートの伸び率よりも大きい、背もたれ付きシート。 - 前記着座部に配置されて、前記第1断熱シートよりも前記背もたれ部から遠い第3断熱シートをさらに備え、
前記3断熱シートは、
主面を有する第5シートと、
前記第5シートの前記主面に配置され、第5キセロゲルを有する第5断熱材と、
前記第5シートの前記主面に前記第断熱材から離れて配置され、第6キセロゲルを有する第6断熱材と、
前記第5断熱材と前記第6断熱材とを覆うように前記第5シートの前記主面に配置された第6シートと、
を含み、
前記第5シートの前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第5断熱材と前記第6断熱材とに挟まれている前記第3断熱シートの領域の伸び率は、前記第5断熱材と前記第6断熱材の伸び率よりも大きく、
前記第5シートの前記主面と平行な第5方向の前記第3断熱シートの伸び率と、前記第5シートの前記主面と平行でかつ前記第5方向に直角の第6方向の前記第3断熱シートの伸び率よりも大きく、
前記第1方向は前記第2方向に直角であり、
前記第3方向は前記第4方向に直角であり、
前記第2断熱シートの前記第3方向は前記第3断熱シートの前記第6方向と同じである、請求項22に記載の背もたれ付きシート。 - 前記背もたれ部は、前記第3方向に直角の方向で前記着座部に結合している、請求項22に記載の背もたれ付きシート。
- 防寒着であって、
表地と、
前記表地に配置された断熱シートと、
を備え、
前記断熱シートは前記防寒着の胴回りに配置されており、
前記断熱シートは、
主面を有する第1シートと、
前記第1シートの前記主面に配置され、第1キセロゲルを有する第1断熱材と、
前記第1シートの前記主面に前記第1断熱材から離れて配置され、第2キセロゲルを有する第2断熱材と、
前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とを覆うように前記第1シートの前記主面に配置された第2シートと、
を含み、
前記第1シートの前記主面と直角の方向から見て前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材とに挟まれている前記断熱シートの領域の伸び率は、前記第1断熱材と前記第2断熱材の伸び率よりも大きく、
前記断熱シートの前記胴回りの方向の伸び率は、前記断熱シートの前記胴回りの前記方向と直角の方向の伸び率よりも大きい、防寒着。 - 前記断熱シートの前記領域において前記第1シートと前記第2シートとを貫通するスリットが設けられている、請求項25に記載の防寒着。
- 前記表地に結合する裏地をさらに備え、
前記断熱シートは前記表地と前記裏地との間に配置されている、請求項26に記載の防寒着。
