Abstract

隔热片材具备:第一片材;配置于第一片材的主面且具有第一干凝胶的第一隔热件;与第一隔热件分离地配置于第一片材的主面且具有第二干凝胶的第二隔热件;以及以覆盖第一隔热件和第二隔热件的方式配置于第一片材的主面的第二片材。在从与主面呈直角的方向观察时,位于第一隔热件与第二隔热件之间的隔热片材的第一区域的延展率大于第一隔热件和第二隔热件各自的延展率。该隔热片材的隔热性能难以发生劣化。

隔热片材、使用该隔热片材的带靠背座椅以及防寒衣物
技术领域
本公开涉及隔热片材、使用该隔热片材的带靠背座椅以及防寒衣物。
背景技术
在寒冷状况下使用的机动车中,有时在就座于冰冷的带靠背座椅时会夺取人体的热量,使人体感到不舒服。另外,即便打开机动车的供暖系统,直到带靠背座椅变暖为止也需要时间,会持续一段感到不舒服的时间。
根据以上,考虑在带靠背座椅的表面附近配置隔热件而使得难以夺取人体的热量的带靠背座椅的结构。
然而,为了得到隔热件的高隔热性能,需要加厚隔热件。另外,就用于带靠背座椅的隔热件而言,需要即便施加力也不会被破坏的程度的机械强度。
在专利文献1中公开了使纤维垫担载二氧化硅干凝胶而成的隔热件。

以下说明的实施方式均示出一具体例。以下的实施方式所示的数值、形状、材料、构成要素、构成要素的配置位置以及连接方式等是一例,并非意在限定本发明。另外,关于以下的实施方式的构成要素中的、未记载于示出最上位概念的技术方案的构成要素,作为任意的构成要素进行说明。
(实施方式1)
图1是实施方式1中的隔热片材10的俯视图。图2是沿着图1所示的隔热片材10的线II-II剖切的剖视图。
隔热片材10具备:片材11;配置于片材11的主面S1且具有干凝胶117A的隔热件13;与隔热件13分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117B的隔热件14;与隔热件13、14分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117C的隔热件15;以及与隔热件13、14、15分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117D的隔热件16。
隔热片材10还具有以覆盖隔热件13、隔热件14、隔热件15以及隔热件16的方式配置于片材11的主面S1的片材12。
在从与主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件13以及隔热件14所夹着的区域1A中,片材11与片材12相互接合。在从与主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件14以及隔热件15所夹着的区域1B中,片材11与片材12相互接合。在从与主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件15以及隔热件16所夹着的区域1C中,片材11与片材12相互接合。在从与主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件13以及隔热件16所夹着的区域1D中,片材11与片材12相互接合。
隔热件13具有由担载干凝胶117A的纤维构成的纤维片材17A。隔热件14具有由担载干凝胶117B的纤维构成的纤维片材17B。隔热件15具有由担载干凝胶117C的纤维构成的纤维片材17C。隔热件16具有由担载干凝胶117D的纤维构成的纤维片材17D。隔热件13~16所包含的干凝胶117A~117D由内部具有空隙的纳米大小的颗粒构成。干凝胶117A~117D由于内部的空气分子的运动被限制而具有高隔热性能。在实施方式1中,干凝胶117A~117D为二氧化硅干凝胶。需要说明的是,纤维片材17A~17D用于保持隔热件13~16中的干凝胶的形状。即,在隔热片材10中,纤维片材17A~17D并非是必须的结构。
隔热件13~16所包含的纤维片材17A~17D是厚度为0.5mm、且由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等热塑性树脂构成的不织布。
隔热件13~16由于包含干凝胶而具有高隔热性能,其热传导率为0.018~0.024W/m·K左右。隔热件13~16在从方向D1观察时具有四边形。与例如圆形、椭圆形相比,隔热件13~16的形状为四边形时能够更加容易制作。在实施方式1中,隔热件13~16具有一边为约70mm的正方形。
在实施方式1中,片材11与片材12各自的方向D1的厚度为0.1mm。
在区域1A~1D中,片材11与片材12相互接合。片材11与片材12由低密度聚乙烯等热塑性树脂构成。片材11与片材12由于具有热塑性而能够通过基于加热的热熔敷相互接合。另外,片材11与片材12也可以通过缝合线等缝合而接合。通过将片材11与片材12缝合,能够提高隔热片材10的机械强度。另外,通过将缝合片材11与片材12的方向设为一个方向,从而隔热片材10在该方向上,相比在该方向以外的方向而言难以延展。即,隔热片材10具有延展容易度的各向异性。从方向D1观察到的隔热件13~16的形状不受限定。另外,也可以借助粘合层将片材11与片材12接合。
在实施方式1中,隔热件13、14间的距离即区域1A的宽度L1为3mm,隔热件14、16间的距离即区域1B的宽度L1为3mm,隔热件15、16间的距离即区域1C的宽度L1为3mm,隔热件13、15间的距离即区域1D的宽度L1为3mm。
片材11与片材12接合的隔热片材10的区域1A~1D处的延展率大于任一隔热件13~16的延展率。延展率是指,按照规定的尺寸切断的任意部分在拉伸前的长度相对于以规定的力对该部分进行拉伸时的长度之比。区域1A~1D的延展率是指,对相互接合的片材11以及片材12进行拉伸而测定出的延展率。
专利文献1所公开的隔热件存在如下情况:在对隔热件施加力时,二氧化硅干凝胶脱离而使隔热性能劣化。
在实施方式1的隔热片材10中,由于区域1A~1D的上述的延展率,因此即便对隔热片材10施加力,区域1A~1D的片材11与片材12也优先地延展,对隔热件13~16施加的力被降低,因此,隔热片材10的隔热性能难以发生劣化。
除了区域1A~1D之外,隔热件13~16各自还分别被片材11与片材12接合的区域1E~1H密封。
纤维片材17A~17D的延展率大于片材11以及片材12的延展率,但由分别担载干凝胶117A~117B的纤维片材17A~17D构成的隔热件13~16的延展率小于纤维片材17A~17D的延展率。因此,片材11以及片材12的延展率大于隔热件13~16的延展率。
另外,通过使片材11以及片材12的延展率成为纤维片材17A~17D的延展率的2倍以上,即便对隔热片材10施加较强的力,也能够进一步降低对隔热件13~16施加的力。另外,通过使片材11以及片材12的方向D1上的厚度小于隔热件13~16的方向D1上的厚度,即便对隔热片材10施加较强的力,也能够进一步降低对隔热件13~16施加的力。
另外,在隔热件13~16的表面上露出纤维片材17A~17D的纤维的一部分,通过使露出的纤维的一部分与片材11及片材12热熔敷,从而能够将隔热件13~16牢固地接合于片材11和片材12。
图3是实施方式1的另一隔热片材20的俯视图。在图3中,针对与图1和图2所示的隔热片材10相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。
在隔热片材20的区域1A~1D设置有贯穿片材11和片材12的狭缝21。在实施方式1中,狭缝21具有0.4mm的宽度L2和40mm的长度L3。通过设置狭缝21,使区域1A~1D的片材11与片材12的延展率变大,因此,即便对隔热片材20施加力,也能够降低对隔热件13~16施加的力。需要说明的是,狭缝21也可以为切断区域1A~1D的一部分而得的切口。另外,在区域1A~1D设置有狭缝21的情况下的延展率是指,将狭缝21的宽度L2夹在中间而延展时的区域1A~1D的延展率。
图4是实施方式1的又一隔热片材30的俯视图。在图4中,针对与图1和图2所示的隔热片材10相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。
在隔热片材30中,隔热件13~16具有从方向D1观察时包括短边和长边的长方形。在实施方式1中,该长方形的长边为80mm,短边为30mm。短边沿着短边方向35延伸,长边沿着长边方向36延伸且比短边长。通过将区域1A~1D的宽度L1设为短边的长度的1%以上,在对隔热片材30施加了力时,区域1A~1D充分地延展,对隔热件13~16施加的力被降低。另外,通过将区域1A~1D的宽度L1设为短边的长度的10%以下,在隔热片材30中占据的隔热件13~16的合计面积足够大,隔热片材30具有高隔热性能。由于隔热件13~16具有长方形,因此隔热片材30的短边方向35上的延展容易度大于长边方向36的延展容易度。即,隔热片材30具有延展容易度的各向异性。
在区域1A、1C中,片材11与片材12通过缝合线GG缝合而接合。通过使片材11与片材12缝合,能够提高隔热片材30的机械强度。另外,通过将缝合片材11与片材12的方向设为一个方向,从而隔热片材30在该方向上,相比在该方向以外的方向而言难以延展。即,隔热片材30具有延展容易度的各向异性。从方向D1观察到的隔热件13~16的形状不受限定。另外,也可以借助粘合层将片材11与片材12接合。
图5是实施方式1的又一隔热片材40的剖视图。在图5中,针对与图1和图2所示的隔热片材10相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。
隔热片材40还具备分别设置于图2的隔热件13的上表面和隔热件14的上表面的隔热件18和隔热件19。隔热件18以及隔热件19的形状以及材料的构成与隔热件13以及隔热件14同样。根据这样的结构,隔热片材40具有更高的隔热性能,并且即便对隔热件施加力,隔热性能也难以发生劣化。另外,也可以使隔热件18、隔热件19分别从隔热件13、隔热件14的正上方沿与主面S1平行的方向偏移。通过成为这样的结构,从而隔热片材40在整体范围内得到高隔热性能。需要说明的是,分别与隔热件13、隔热件14同样地在隔热件15、隔热件16的上表面分别也设置有隔热件,由此,隔热片材40具有更高的隔热性能,并且即便对隔热件施加力,隔热性能也难以发生劣化。
(实施方式2)
图6是实施方式2的隔热片材50的俯视图。图7是沿着图6所示的隔热片材50的线VII-VII剖切的剖视图。在图6和图7中,针对与图1和图2所示的实施方式1的隔热片材10相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。代替分别担载实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~16的干凝胶117A~117D的纤维片材17A~17D,隔热片材50具备担载干凝胶117A~117D的一片纤维片材57。
隔热片材50具备:片材11;配置于片材11的主面S1且具有干凝胶117A的隔热件53;与隔热件53分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117B的隔热件54;与隔热件53、54分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117C的隔热件55;以及与隔热件53、54、55分离地配置于主面S1且具有干凝胶117D的隔热件56。
隔热片材50具有覆盖隔热件53、54、55、56且配置于片材11的主面S1的片材12。
在隔热片材50的隔热件53以及隔热件54所夹着的区域1A、隔热件54以及隔热件55所夹着的区域1B、隔热件55以及隔热件56所夹着的区域1C、隔热件53以及隔热件56所夹着的区域1D中未担载干凝胶。片材11与片材12在隔热件53~56和区域1A~1D中借助纤维片材57而相互接合。即,纤维片材57在隔热件53~56和区域1A~1D中接合于片材11和片材12。
在实施方式2中,区域1A~1D的宽度L1为2mm。隔热件53~56能够通过使干凝胶117A~117D局部地含浸于纤维片材57而分别形成。
从方向D1观察时,隔热件53~56具有一边为约50mm的正方形。
纤维片材57的厚度为0.3mm,且由不织布构成,该不织布由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等热塑性树脂构成。
在实施方式2中,片材11与片材12的方向D1上的厚度为0.05mm。
纤维片材57与片材11、12由于具有热塑性而能够通过加热使纤维片材57与片材11、12热熔敷来相互接合。
另外,在区域1A~1D中,也可以利用缝合线将纤维片材57与片材11、12缝合而接合。通过将纤维片材57与片材11、12缝合,能够提高隔热片材50的机械强度。另外,通过将缝合片材11、12的方向设为一个方向,从而隔热片材50在该方向上,相比该方向以外的方向而言难以延展。即,隔热片材50在延展容易度的方向上具有各向异性。在该结构中,从方向D1观察到的隔热件53~56的形状不局限于正方形。
也可以借助粘合层将片材11、12与纤维片材57接合。
隔热片材50的区域1A~1D的延展率大于隔热件53~56的延展率。这是因为,在区域1A~1D中,纤维片材57中不包含干凝胶,与此相对地,隔热件53~56中包含干凝胶117A~117D。根据这样的结构,即便对隔热片材50施加力,区域1A~1D的片材11、12与纤维片材57相比其他区域也优先地延展,对隔热件53~56施加的力被降低,因此,隔热片材50的隔热性能难以发生劣化。需要说明的是,实施方式2中的隔热片材50的区域1A~1D的延展率通过对区域1A~1D中相互接合的纤维片材57与片材11、12进行拉伸来测定。
图8是实施方式2的另一隔热片材60的俯视图。图9是沿着图8所示的隔热片材60的线IX-IX剖切的剖视图。在图8和图9中,针对与图6和图7所示的隔热片材50相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。
在隔热片材60中,在区域1A~1D中设置有分别贯穿片材11、12的狭缝61、62。狭缝61、62沿着隔热件53、54的相互对置的边呈细长状地在方向D1A上延伸。在实施方式2中,狭缝61、62的方向D1A上的长度L7为40mm,与方向D1A呈直角的方向上的宽度L6为0.4mm。通过设置狭缝61、62,在区域1A~1D中,从狭缝61、62露出的纤维片材57的部分的延展率在隔热片材60中成为最大,因此,即便对隔热片材60施加力,也能够降低对隔热件53~56施加的力。需要说明的是,狭缝61、62也可以是切断区域1A~1D的片材11、12的一部分而得的切口。在区域1B~1D也设置有与区域1A的狭缝61、62同样地贯穿片材11、12的狭缝。设置于区域1A~1D的狭缝具有互不相同的长度。
设置有狭缝61、62的区域1A~1D的延展率是将狭缝(61、62)的宽度L6夹在中间而延展时的区域1A~1D的延展率。
狭缝61、62的宽度L6优选为片材11、12的厚度的2倍以上。根据这样的结构,区域1A~1D的延展变大。另外,优选将狭缝61、62的宽度L6设为区域1A~1D的宽度L1的1/3以下。根据这样的结构,在区域1A~1D,能够增大纤维片材57与片材11、12粘合的面积。其结果是,即便对隔热片材60施加力,也能够降低对隔热件53~56施加的力,因此,隔热片材60的隔热性能难以发生劣化。
片材11、12的延展率优选小于纤维片材57的延展率。根据这样的结构,即便对隔热片材60施加力,对隔热件53~56施加的力也被进一步降低,因此,隔热片材60的隔热性能难以发生劣化。
另外,优选在区域1A与区域1C之间,换言之在区域1B与区域1D之间的区域1T不设置狭缝等的贯穿片材11、12的孔。根据这样的结构,即便对隔热片材60施加力,对隔热件53~56施加的力也被降低,隔热片材60的隔热性能难以发生劣化。
需要说明的是,隔热件53~56也可以与图4所示的隔热片材30的隔热件13~16同样地具有包括短边和长边的长方形。通过使分别设置于区域1A~1D的狭缝(61、62)的形状不同,隔热片材60也可以在与主面S1平行的方向上具有延展容易度的各向异性。
接着,对实施方式2的隔热片材50的制造方法进行说明。
首先,使干凝胶117A~117B分别含浸于厚度约为0.3mm的由PET构成的不织布的纤维片材57而形成隔热件53~56。
隔热件53~56能够通过以下的方法来形成。例如制作向硅酸钠水溶液添加盐酸而生成的溶胶液。通过在纤维片材57中的形成隔热件53~56的部分对该溶胶液进行丝网印刷,由此使溶胶液含浸于纤维片材57。然后,使含浸的溶胶液凝胶化。对凝胶化了的溶胶液进行疏水化而使其干燥,由此得到隔热件53~56。
隔热件53~56也能够通过以下的方法来形成。使掩模重叠于纤维片材,该掩模具有仅在纤维片材57的形成隔热件53~56的部分开设的开口部。通过掩模的开口部而向纤维片材57照射等离子体,从而仅将纤维片材57的形成隔热件53~56的部分亲水化。然后,使纤维片材57浸渍于溶胶液,使溶胶液含浸于纤维片材57的亲水化的部分,从而能够形成隔热件53~56。或者,也可以在向纤维片材57的上述部分照射等离子体而进行亲水化之后,通过丝网印刷而使溶胶液含浸于纤维片材57的亲水化的部分。
接着,使厚度约为0.05mm的由PET构成的片材1、12重叠于形成有隔热件53~56的纤维片材57的双面,将加热后的烫斗抵接于区域1A~1E,使纤维片材57在区域1A~1E热熔敷于片材11、12而接合,由此得到隔热片材50。
需要说明的是,在隔热片材50设置狭缝61、62而制作隔热片材60的情况下,在制造工序上优选预先在片材11、12上形成狭缝61、62。
(实施方式3)
图10A是实施方式3的带靠背座椅71的立体图。带靠背座椅71具备就座部71A、在方向D71上与就座部71A结合而供使用者的背部倚靠的靠背部71B、设置于就座部71A的隔热片材70A、以及设置于靠背部71B的隔热片材70B。使用者就座于就座部71A,且背部倚靠于靠背部71B。在实施方式3中,隔热片材70A与隔热片材70B相连,但也可以与隔热片材70B分离。即,隔热片材70A、70B设置在从带靠背座椅71的就座部71A到靠背部71B的范围内。带靠背座椅71的表层例如为布制或皮革制。
隔热片材70A、70B具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10相同的结构。隔热片材70A具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~16相同的12个隔热件170A。隔热片材70B具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~16相同的12个隔热件170B。隔热片材70A具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的区域1A~1D相同的彼此相邻的隔热件170A所夹着的区域270A。隔热片材70B具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的区域1A~1D相同的彼此相邻的隔热件170B所夹着的区域270B。隔热件170A具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~14的纤维片材17A~17D相同的纤维片材72A。隔热件170B具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~14的纤维片材17A~17D相同的纤维片材72B。
在隔热片材70A、70B的区域270A、270B中,片材11与片材12接合。隔热片材70A与70B的区域270A、270B的延展率大于隔热件170A、170B的延展率。
根据这样的结构,即便因人的就座而对就座部71A以及靠背部71B的隔热片材70A、70B施加力,片材11、12在区域270A、270B也比在其他区域优先地延展,对隔热件170A、170B施加的力被降低,因此,隔热片材70A、70B的隔热性能难以发生劣化。
另外,通过使片材11、12的延展率大于纤维片材72A、72B的延展率,即便因人的就座而对就座部71A以及靠背部71B的隔热片材70A、70B施加力,片材11、12在区域270A、270B也比在其他区域优先地延展,向隔热件170A、170B施加的力被降低。
带靠背座椅71还可以具备覆盖就座部71A的罩、以及配置在就座部71A与该罩之间的加热器。由此,由加热器产生的热量只能传递给就座的使用者,因此,能够得到快速加热性、耗能降低等的效果。
在隔热片材70B中,从与片材11的主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件170B所夹着的隔热片材70B的区域270B的延展率大于隔热件170B的延展率。在隔热片材70B中,隔热片材70B的与片材11的主面S1平行的方向DX上的延展率大于隔热片材70B的与片材11的主面S1平行且与方向DX不同的方向DY上的延展率。
图10B是实施方式3的另一带靠背座椅71P的立体图。在图10B中,针对与图10A所示的带靠背座椅71相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。带靠背座椅71P还具备配置于就座部71A且与隔热片材70A相比远离靠背部71B的隔热片材70C。隔热片材70C与隔热片材70A相连。隔热片材70C具有与实施方式1的隔热片材10相同的结构。隔热片材70C具有与隔热片材70A、70B的隔热件170A、170B相同的隔着区域270C而分离的隔热件170C。在远离靠背部71B的隔热片材70C中,在与方向D71呈直角的宽度方向D71A上比在方向D71上容易延展。在远离靠背部71B的隔热片材70A中,在方向D71上比在宽度方向D71A上容易延展。由此,在就座时,就座部71A容易配合使用者的身体,能够得到更好的就座舒适性。此外,在靠背部71B中,在宽度方向D71A上比在方向D71上容易延展,由此,在就座时,靠背部71B容易配合使用者的身体,能够得到更好的就座舒适性。为了容易在一个方向上延展,通过与图4所示的隔热片材30的隔热件13~16同样地使隔热件170A~170C在从方向D1(参照图2)观察时具有长方形,从而在短边方向上比在长边方向上容易延展。或者,也可以在区域270A~270C使片材11、12仅沿着一个方向缝合,从而在与缝合的方向呈直角的方向上容易延展。
在隔热片材70C中,从与片材11的主面S1呈直角的方向D1观察时,隔热件170C所夹着的隔热片材的区域270C的延展率大于隔热件170C的延展率。在隔热片材70C中,隔热片材70C的与片材11的主面S1平行的方向DXX上的延展率大于隔热片材70C的与片材11的主面S1平行且与方向DXX呈直角的方向DYY上的延展率。方向D1与方向DXX呈直角。方向DY与方向DX呈直角。隔热片材70B的方向DY与隔热片材70C的方向DYY相同。
需要说明的是,在上述实施方式中,隔热片材70A、70B(70C)设置在从就座部71A到靠背部71B的范围内,但也可以仅设置于就座部71A或者单独地设置于就座部71A和靠背部71B。
图11是实施方式3的另一隔热片材70A、70C的俯视图。在图11中,针对与图10B所示的隔热片材70A、70B相同的部分标注相同的参照标号。图11所示的隔热片材70A的隔热件170A具有六边形。由此,能够使隔热片材70A的延展率成为各向同性。即,接近就座部71A的靠背部71B的隔热片材70A的隔热件170A具有六边形,远离靠背部71B的隔热片材70C的隔热件170C具有长方形。由此,在使用者就座时,与臀部抵接的部分的隔热件170A具有六边形,与大腿抵接的部分的隔热件270C具有长方形。因此,与臀部抵接的隔热片材70A以各向同性延展,与大腿抵接的隔热片材70C在宽度方向D71A上容易延展,能够进一步提高就座舒适性。
隔热片材70A~70C也可以具有与实施方式1、2的隔热片材20~60同样的结构。
图12是实施方式3的防寒衣物81的立体图。防寒衣物81具备面料81A、与面料81A结合的衬里81B、配置于面料81A且配置在面料81A与衬里81B之间的隔热片材80。隔热片材80是实施方式1的隔热片材10。隔热片材80具有约1mm的厚度。隔热片材80设置在绕防寒衣物81的躯体的整体范围内。隔热片材80中,与实施方式1的隔热片材10的隔热件13~14同样的宽度约50mm、长度约100mm的多个隔热件180以约3mm的间隔配置。隔热件180被片材11、12密封。沿着与防寒衣物81的绕躯体的方向D81呈直角的高度方向D81A延伸的狭缝85设置在彼此相邻的隔热件180之间。由此,防寒衣物81在绕躯体的方向D81上比在高度方向D81A上容易延展,能够得到舒适的穿着感。此外,当在绕躯体的整体设置隔热片材80时,容易造成不透气,有可能产生不适感。与此相对地,通过设置狭缝85,能够得到难以造成不透气的防寒衣物。

Claims (27)

1.一种隔热片材,其中,
所述隔热片材具备:
第一片材,其具有主面;
第一隔热件,其配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第一干凝胶;
第二隔热件,其与所述第一隔热件分离地配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第二干凝胶;以及
第二片材,其以覆盖所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件的方式配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第一隔热件与所述第二隔热件所夹着的所述隔热片材的第一区域的延展率大于所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件各自的延展率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一隔热件还具有第一纤维片材,该第一纤维片材由担载所述第一干凝胶的第一纤维构成,
所述第二隔热件还具有第二纤维片材,该第二纤维片材由担载所述第二干凝胶的第二纤维构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一纤维片材和所述第二纤维片材分别接合于所述第一片材和所述第二片材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材和所述第二片材的狭缝。
5.根据权利要求2所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一隔热件还具有:
第三纤维片材,其层叠于所述第一纤维片材且由第三纤维构成;以及
第三干凝胶,其担载于所述第三纤维,
所述第二隔热件还具有:
第四纤维片材,其层叠于所述第二纤维片材且由第四纤维构成;以及
第四干凝胶,其担载于所述第四纤维。
6.根据权利要求2所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一纤维由热塑性树脂构成,
所述第二纤维由热塑性树脂构成,
所述第一片材由热塑性树脂构成,
所述第二片材由热塑性树脂构成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一片材的延展率和所述第二片材的延展率为所述第一纤维片材的延展率的2倍以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述隔热片材还具备由担载所述第一干凝胶和所述第二干凝胶的纤维构成的纤维片材。
9.根据权利要求8所述的隔热片材,其中,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述纤维片材的所述第一干凝胶与所述第二干凝胶所夹着的部分接合于所述第一片材和所述第二片材。
10.根据权利要求8所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材的狭缝和贯穿所述第二片材的狭缝。
11.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域中,所述第一片材与所述第二片材被缝合。
12.根据权利要求11所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域中,所述第一片材与所述第二片材在一个方向上被缝合。
13.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第一隔热件与所述第二隔热件具有长方形,
所述第一隔热件与所述第二隔热件之间的距离为所述长方形的短边的长度的1%以上且10%以下。
14.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一片材的厚度和所述第二片材的厚度小于所述第一隔热件的厚度和所述第二隔热件的厚度。
15.根据权利要求1所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述隔热片材还具备:
第三隔热件,其与所述第一隔热件以及所述第二隔热件分离地配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第三干凝胶;以及
第四隔热件,其与所述第一隔热件、所述第二隔热件以及所述第三隔热件分离地配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第四干凝胶,
所述第二片材以覆盖所述第一隔热件、所述第二隔热件、所述第三隔热件以及所述第四隔热件的方式配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述隔热片材的所述第三隔热件与所述第四隔热件所夹着的第二区域的延展率大于所述第三隔热件和所述第四隔热件的延展率。
16.根据权利要求15所述的隔热片材,其中,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第一隔热件与所述第三隔热件所夹着的所述隔热片材的第三区域的延展率大于所述第一隔热件和所述第三隔热件的延展率,
在从与所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第二隔热件与所述第四隔热件所夹着的所述隔热片材的第四区域的延展率大于所述第二隔热件和所述第四隔热件的延展率。
17.根据权利要求16所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一片材与所述第二片材在所述第一区域、所述第二区域、所述第三区域以及所述第四区域中的至少一个区域被缝合。
18.根据权利要求17所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述第一片材与所述第二片材在所述第一区域、所述第二区域、所述第三区域以及所述第四区域中的多个区域沿相同的方向被缝合。
19.根据权利要求18所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域与所述第二区域之间未设置贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的孔。
20.根据权利要求19所述的隔热片材,其中,
所述隔热片材的与所述主面平行的第一方向上的延展率大于所述隔热片材的与所述主面平行且与所述第一方向不同的第二方向上的延展率。
21.根据权利要求20所述的隔热片材,其中,
在所述第一区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的第一狭缝,
在所述第二区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的第二狭缝,
在所述第三区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的第三狭缝,
在所述第一区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的第四狭缝,
所述第一狭缝、所述第二狭缝、所述第三狭缝以及所述第四狭缝的长度互不相同。
22.一种带靠背座椅,其中,
所述带靠背座椅具备:
就座部;
靠背部,其与所述就座部结合;
第一隔热片材,其配置于所述就座部;以及
第二隔热片材,其配置于所述靠背部,
所述第一隔热片材包括:
第一片材,其具有主面;
第一隔热件,其配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第一干凝胶;
第二隔热件,其与所述第一隔热件分离地配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第二干凝胶;以及
第二片材,其以覆盖所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件的方式配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,
在从与所述第一片材的所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第一隔热件与所述第二隔热件所夹着的所述第一隔热片材的区域的延展率大于所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件的延展率,
所述第一隔热片材的与所述第一片材的所述主面平行的第一方向上的延展率大于所述第一隔热片材的与所述第一主面平行且与所述第一方向不同的第二方向上的延展率,
所述第二隔热片材包括:
第三片材,其具有主面;
第三隔热件,其配置于所述第三片材的所述主面,且具有第三干凝胶;
第四隔热件,其与所述第三隔热件分离地配置于所述第三片材的所述主面,且具有第四干凝胶;以及
第四片材,其以覆盖所述第三隔热件和所述第四隔热件的方式配置于所述第三片材的所述主面,
在从与所述第三片材的所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第三隔热件与所述第四隔热件所夹着的所述第二隔热片材的区域的延展率大于所述第三隔热件和所述第四隔热件的延展率,
所述第二隔热片材的与所述第三片材的所述主面平行的第三方向上的延展率大于所述第二隔热片材的与所述第三片材的所述主面平行且与所述第三方向不同的第四方向上的延展率。
23.根据权利要求22所述的带靠背座椅,其中,
所述带靠背座椅还具备第三隔热片材,该第三隔热片材配置于所述就座部,且比所述第一隔热片材更远离所述靠背部,
所述第三隔热片材包括:
第五片材,其具有主面;
第五隔热件,其配置于所述第五片材的所述主面,且具有第五干凝胶;
第六隔热件,其与所述第隔热件分离地配置于所述第五片材的所述主面,且具有第六干凝胶;以及
第六片材,其以覆盖所述第五隔热件和所述第六隔热件的方式配置于所述第五片材的所述主面,
在从与所述第五片材的所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第五隔热件与所述第六隔热件所夹着的所述第三隔热片材的区域的延展率大于所述第五隔热件和所述第六隔热件的延展率,
所述第三隔热片材的与所述第五片材的所述主面平行的第五方向上的延展率大于所述第三隔热片材的与所述第五片材的所述主面平行且与所述第五方向呈直角的第六方向上的延展率,
所述第一方向与所述第二方向呈直角,
所述第三方向与所述第四方向呈直角,
所述第二隔热片材的所述第三方向与所述第三隔热片材的所述第六方向相同。
24.根据权利要求22所述的带靠背座椅,其中,
所述靠背部在与所述第三方向呈直角的方向上与所述就座部结合。
25.一种防寒衣物,其中,
所述防寒衣物具备:
面料;以及
隔热片材,其配置于所述面料,
所述隔热片材绕所述防寒衣物的躯体配置,
所述隔热片材包括:
第一片材,其具有主面;
第一隔热件,其配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第一干凝胶;
第二隔热件,其与所述第一隔热件分离地配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,且具有第二干凝胶;以及
第二片材,其以覆盖所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件的方式配置于所述第一片材的所述主面,
在从与所述第一片材的所述主面呈直角的方向观察时,所述第一隔热件与所述第二隔热件所夹着的所述隔热片材的区域的延展率大于所述第一隔热件和所述第二隔热件的延展率,
所述隔热片材的绕所述躯体的方向上的延展率大于所述隔热片材的与绕所述躯体的所述方向呈直角的方向上的延展率。
26.根据权利要求25所述的防寒衣物,其中,
在所述隔热片材的所述区域设置有贯穿所述第一片材与所述第二片材的狭缝。
27.根据权利要求26所述的防寒衣物,其中,
所述防寒衣物还具备与所述面料结合的衬里,
所述隔热片材配置在所述面料与所述衬里之间。
