Claims (57)
- エーロゲルを含む建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルが、エーロゲル複合材中にモノリスで存在するか、または微粒子の形態である、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルがブランケット、マットまたはシート中に存在する、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルが繊維のウエブ/エーロゲル複合材中に存在する、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の構造体が実質的に一定の厚さを有する、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の構造体が第1の層、第2の層および該第1および第2の層の間に前記のエーロゾルを含んでいる挿入層を有している、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の挿入層が0.953cm(0.375インチ)以上の厚さを有する、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の挿入層中に組み入れられた更なる外側層または内側層を含む、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層の1つ以上が織物である、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層の1つ以上が不織である、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層の1つ以上が繊維ガラス、ポリエステル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、金属メッシュ、繊維のバッティングまたはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせを含む、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層の1つ以上がポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ビニル、シリコーン、二酸化チタンまたはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせで被覆されている、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層によって定められた空間が実質的に完全に前記のエーロゲルによって満たされている、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層によって定められた空間が部分的に前記のエーロゲルによって満たされている、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層および第2の層が同じ厚さを有する、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層または第2の層が約0.076cm(0.03インチ)以上の厚さを有する、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の第1の層、挿入層および第2の層の2つ以上が互いに接着されている、請求項6記載の建築用膜構造体。

- 前記の圧縮は隙間の空間における体積変化に適応するのに十分であり、また該体積変化が、風、クリープ、機械的力またはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせによって引き起こされる、請求項26記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゾルが圧縮に対して弾性的応答を有している、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルが、荷重または圧縮に伴って減少する熱伝導率値を有している層中に存在している、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の複合材が断熱特性、電気絶縁特性、防音特性またはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせを有している、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルが0.5g/cm3以下の密度を有する層中に存在する、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のエーロゲルが50%以上の空隙体積を有する層中に存在する、請求項1記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 請求項1記載の建築用膜構造を含む建築用または構造用膜。
- 柔軟性要素、非柔軟性要素および固定する要素からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの更なる要素を更に含む、請求項33記載の膜。
- 前記の膜が、屋根材、張り出し、天蓋、壁、美的もしくは芸術的構造体である、請求項33記載の膜。

- 約0.25〜約80%の範囲の%Tを有する、請求項40記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 80%以上の反射率を有する、請求項40記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 基本的に同一のままであるか、または荷重もしくは圧縮に伴って減少する熱伝導率を有する建築用膜構造体。
- 実質的に耐荷重性の絶縁体を含む建築用膜構造体。
- 第1の膜層、第2の膜層およびそれらの層の間のナノ多孔質材料を含む建築用膜構造体。
- 前記のナノ多孔質材料がモノリス、微粒子状材料またはナノ多孔質複合材である、請求項46記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 前記の層間に更に結合剤物質を含む、請求項46記載の建築用膜構造体。
- 第1および第2層の間にエーロゲル材料を固定することを含む建築用膜構造体の製造方法。
- 前記の第1の層、前記のエーロゲル材料を含む挿入層および前記の第2の層の少なくとも2つが互いに接着されている、請求項49記載の方法。

- 前記の建築用膜構造体の端部または角部の少なくとも1つを封止またはクランプすることを更に含む、請求項49記載の方法。
- 前記のエーロゲル材料が微粒子の形態である、請求項49記載の方法。
- 前記のエーロゲル材料が、機械的な圧縮、層に張力を掛けること、真空封止、またはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせによって前記の層間の空間に囲い込まれる、請求項49記載の方法。
- 前記のエーロゲル材料が前記の層間に配置された少なくとも1つの容器中に提供される、請求項49記載の方法。
- 前記の容器を破壊することを更に含む、請求項55記載の方法。
