Claims (11)
- 繊維からなる繊維シートと、前記繊維間に担持されたキセロゲルと、を有して互いに反対側の第1面と第2面とを有する断熱シートと、
前記断熱シートの前記第1面に融着している第1面を有する第1絶縁フィルムと、を備えた複合シート。 - 前記繊維を構成する材料は熱可塑性樹脂であり、前記繊維シートは不織布である、請求項1記載の複合シート。
- 前記断熱シートの前記第1面と前記第1絶縁フィルムの前記第1面とにおいて前記繊維シートと前記第1絶縁フィルムとが融着している部分の厚さは、前記繊維の平均線径以下である、請求項1記載の複合シート。
- 前記繊維シートを構成する材料と前記第1絶縁フィルムを構成する材料は同一である、請求項1記載の複合シート。
- 前記第1絶縁フィルムの前記第1面の反対側の前記第1絶縁フィルムの第2面に設けられたグラファイトシートをさらに備えた、請求項1記載の複合シート。
- 前記断熱シートの前記第2面に融着している第2絶縁フィルムをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 繊維からなる繊維シートの表面に絶縁フィルムを融着して基材を形成するステップと、
前記基材の少なくとも前記繊維シートの前記繊維間にキセロゲルの原料液を含浸させるステップと、を含む複合シートの製造方法。 - 前記基材を形成するステップは、繊維シートと絶縁フィルムとの少なくとも一方を加熱して互いに融着させるステップを含む、請求項7記載の複合シートの製造方法。
- 前記繊維を構成する材料は熱可塑性樹脂であり、前記繊維シートは不織布である、請求項7記載の複合シートの製造方法。
- 前記基材の少なくとも前記繊維シートの前記繊維間にキセロゲルの原料液を含浸させるステップは、前記基材の少なくとも前記繊維シートを前記原料液に浸漬させるステップを含む、請求項7記載の複合シートの製造方法。
- 前記基材の少なくとも前記繊維シートの前記繊維間にキセロゲルの原料液を含浸させるステップは、前記基材の少なくとも前記繊維シートに前記原料液を塗布するステップを含む、請求項7記載の複合シートの製造方法。
