Abstract
Description
項1 ビニルエステル樹脂と、脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルを含有することを特徴とするライニング用組成物。
項2 脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルが、一般式(1)で示される多官能アリルエステルであることを特徴とする項1に記載のライニング用組成物。
項3 脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルが、コハク酸ジアリル、フマル酸ジアリル、マレイン酸ジアリル、イタコン酸ジアリル、アジピン酸ジアリル、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジアリルのいずれかであることを特徴とする項1又は2に記載のライニング用組成物。
項4 ビニルエステル樹脂100重量部に対して、脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルを20重量部以上、80重量部以下含有することを特徴とする項1〜3いずれかに記載のライニング用組成物。
項5 基材に項1〜4いずれかに記載のライニング用組成物を含浸させることを特徴とするライニング材。
n価の脂肪族炭化水素基は、飽和のn価の脂肪族炭化水素基であってもよく、一部において不飽和結合を有していてもよい。中でも、未反応のまま残留する架橋剤量(多官能アリルエステル量)が減少し、得られる硬化物の物性をより良好なものとすることができるという理由から、不飽和結合を有することが好ましい。
n価の脂肪族炭化水素基は、分岐構造を有してもよいが、分岐構造を有さない直鎖状の炭化水素基であることが好ましい。
n価の脂肪族炭化水素基は、炭素数が1〜6であるアルコキシ基、ハロゲン原子、アリル基、ビニル基、ヒドロキシ基等の置換基を有してもよいが、n個のアリルエステル基以外の置換基を有さないことが好ましい。
n価の脂環式炭化水素基は、飽和のn価の脂環式炭化水素基であってもよく、一部において不飽和結合を有していてもよい。中でも、飽和のn価の脂環式炭化水素基が好ましい。尚、本発明において、脂環式とは芳香性を有しない環状構造を有することを意味し、脂環式炭化水素基とは芳香性を有しない環状構造を有する炭化水素基を意味する。
n価の脂環式炭化水素基は、炭素数が1〜6であるアルキル基、炭素数が1〜6であるアルコキシ基、ハロゲン原子、アリル基、ビニル基、ヒドロキシ基等の置換基を有してもよいが、n個のアリルエステル基以外の置換基を有さないことが好ましい。
なお、一般式(2)〜(9)中のnは、前記一般式(1)におけるnと同じ意味である。
銅化合物としては特に限定はなく、ほとんどの銅化合物が用いられるが、塩化第一銅、臭化第一銅、酸化第一銅、ヨウ化第一銅、シアン化第一銅、硫酸第一銅、硫酸第二銅、塩化第二銅、水酸化第二銅、臭化第二銅、リン酸第二銅、硝酸第一銅、硝酸第二銅、炭酸銅、酢酸第一銅、酢酸第二銅等が好ましい。その中でも特に、塩化第一銅、塩化第二銅、臭化第一銅、臭化第二銅、ヨウ化第一銅、硫酸銅、酢酸第二銅は容易に入手可能で安価な点で好適である。
ここで、本明細書において、多官能(メタ)アクリレートとは、2個以上の(メタ)アクリレート基を有する化合物を意味する。なお、(メタ)アクリレートとは、アクリレートとメタクリレ−トの一方又は両方を意味する。
多官能(メタ)アクリレートとしては、ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジメタクリレ−ト、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、1,3−ブチレングリコールジメタクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレ−ト、1,6− ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート等を挙げることができる。また、これらの多官能(メタ)アクリレートは単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
多官能(メタ)アクリレートが有する(メタ)アクリレート基の数は、2〜6が好ましく、2〜4がより好ましい。
多官能(メタ)アクリレートとしては、未反応のまま残留する架橋剤量(多官能アリルエステル量、多官能(メタ)アクリレート量)が減少し、得られる硬化物の物性をより良好なものとすることができるという理由から、多官能メタクリレートであることが好ましい。
光重合開始剤には、金属石鹸類、金属キレート類、アニリン類、アミン類を促進剤として併用することができる。具体的には、ナフテン酸コバルト、オクチル酸コバルト、オクチル酸亜鉛、オクチル酸バナジウム、ナフテン酸銅、ナフテン酸バリウム等金属石鹸類、バナジウムアセチルアセテート、コバルトアセチルアセテート、鉄アセチルアセトネート等の金属キレート類、アニリン、N,N−ジメチルアニリン、N,N−ジエチルアニリン、p−トルイジン、N,N−ジメチル−p−トルイジン、N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−p−トルイジン、4−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ) ベンズアルデヒド、4−[N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)アミノ] ベンズアルデヒド、4−(N−メチル−N−ヒドロキシエチルアミノ) ベンズアルデヒド、N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)−p−トルイジン、N−エチル−m−トルイジン、トリエタノールアミン、m−トルイジン、ジエチレントリアミン、ピリジン、4−フェニルモルホリン、ピペリジン、N,N−ビス(ヒドロキシエチル)アニリン、ジエタノールアニリン等のアニリン類、N,N−置換−p−トルイジン、4−(N,N−置換アミノ) ベンズアルデヒド等のアミン類が挙げられる。また、これらの光重合開始剤は単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
即ち、ライニング材を既設管内に挿入し、既設管内をライニングする方法において、本発明のライニング用組成物を基材に含浸する工程、含浸することにより得られたライニング材を既設管内に挿入する工程、及び挿入したライニング材を加熱又は光照射し、既設管内を被覆する工程を含むことを特徴とするライニング方法である。
ライニング材において、ライニング用組成物を熱硬化させる場合には、加圧スチームを供給することにより硬化させる方法、温水を供給することにより硬化させる方法等を例示することができる。
ライニング材において、ライニング用組成物を光硬化させる場合には、紫外線を照射し続ける光源が、管路内を一定の速度で移動することにより管体ライニング材が硬化し、管体内部に構造物を形成させる。光放射源からの照射時間としては、光源の有効波長領域、出力、照射距離、ライニング材の厚さ等により異なるが、0.05〜1時間である。

500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール145.2g(2.50mol)、トルエン137.5(1.49mol)、フマル酸116.1g(1.00mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸6.53g(0.02mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。24時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的のフマル酸ジアリルを74.0g得た。得られた化合物を実施例2に用いた。
500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール159.7g(2.75mol)、トルエン151.3(1.64mol)、無水コハク酸110.1g(1.10mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸7.18g(0.022mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。8時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的のコハク酸ジアリルを184.4g得た。得られた化合物を実施例3に用いた。
500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール159.7g(2.75mol)、トルエン151.3(1.64mol)、アジピン酸146.1g(1.00mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸7.18g(0.022mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。10時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的のアジピン酸ジアリルを181.0g得た。得られた化合物を実施例4に用いた。
500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール275.9g(4.75mol)、トルエン261.3(2.83mol)、イタコン酸248.9g(1.90mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸12.41g(0.038mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。30時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的のイタコン酸ジアリルを145g得た。得られた化合物を実施例5に用いた。
500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール150.5g(2.59mol)、トルエン160.5(1.74mol)、1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸無水物200.0g(1.30mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸7.18g(0.022mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。10時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的の1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジアリルを124.1g得た。得られた化合物を実施例6に用いた。
500mLのフラスコにアリルアルコール170.5g(2.93mol)、トルエン150.1(1.63mol)、1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸241.1g(1.40mol)、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸7.18g(0.022mol)を仕込み、磁気撹拌子で撹拌させオイルバスで還流させた。20時間後、加熱を止め、フラスコを冷却した。得られた反応液に対して中和、水洗を行い、低沸分をロータリーエバポレーターで留去し、得られた濃縮液を減圧蒸留することで目的の1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジアリルを110.6g得た。得られた化合物を実施例7に用いた。
フタル酸ジアリル:株式会社大阪ソーダ製 ダイソーダップモノマー
表1に示す組成に従い、ビニルエステル樹脂と架橋剤との重量合計が50gとなるように樹脂と架橋剤をそれぞれ秤量し、遊星ミル(クラボウ社製マゼルスターKK250S)を用いて合計5分間混練した。次に、80〜90℃に加温させつつ、ビニルエステル樹脂が架橋剤に溶解するまで、遊星ミルでの撹拌を行った。ビニルエステル樹脂が架橋剤に溶解し、均一になったところで加温、及び撹拌をやめ、室温になるまで冷却した。室温まで冷却させたのち、開始剤希釈剤にて希釈された開始剤を添加し、遊星ミルで30℃以上の熱を持ち過ぎないように撹拌を行い、ライニング用組成物を調製した。
得られたライニング用組成物の粘度はE型粘度計BROOKFIELD RV DV2Tを用いてコーン角3°、半径12mm、温度25℃の条件下で回転数1rpmでの粘度を読み取ることにより測定した。結果を表2に示す。
また、ライニング用組成物調製後からの0時間後、18時間後において、25℃で保管した際の粘度を、表3に示す。
外径18mm×高さ165mmの試験管(型番:P−18SM(日電理化硝子社製))に、底部から7.62cmの位置までライニング用組成物を注ぎ込み、K型熱電対を注ぎ込んだ樹脂の高さの中心部(底部より3.81cm)のところに合わせた。続いて、65.5℃に加温させたオイルバス中に注ぎこんだ樹脂の液面がオイルバスの液面の1cm下になるように、試験管の高さを合わせ、ゲル化時間(60.0℃〜71.1℃までの時間)、硬化時間(60.0℃〜最高到達温度までの時間)、最高到達温度を記録した。測定結果を表2に示す。
縦×横×厚みが5mm×22mm×1mmのライニング用組成物の硬化物試験片を作製してこれをJIS K 7161を参考にして引張試験した時に得られた応力−ひずみ曲線の傾きから引張弾性率を算出した。試験片は、上記サイズの注型枠を有するポリジメチルシロキサンでできたブロックを準備して、これに上記ライニング用組成物を注入し、80℃8時間恒温オーブン内にて硬化させることにより作製した。引張試験は東洋精機製作所社製ストログラフE3−Lを用いて引張速度20mm/minで測定した。測定結果は表4に示す。
なお、比較例1では、ライニング用組成物の粘度が高いため、基材への含浸に手間がかかるおそれがあるのに対し、実施例1〜7では、ライニング用組成物の粘度が低いため、基材への含浸を容易に行うことができる。
Claims (5)
- ビニルエステル樹脂と、
脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルを含有することを特徴とするライニング用組成物。 - 脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルが、コハク酸ジアリル、フマル酸ジアリル、マレイン酸ジアリル、イタコン酸ジアリル、アジピン酸ジアリル、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジアリルのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のライニング用組成物。
- ビニルエステル樹脂100重量部に対して、脂肪族多官能アリルエステル、及び脂環式多官能アリルエステルから選択される多官能アリルエステルを20重量部以上、80重量部以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかに記載のライニング用組成物。
- 基材に請求項1〜4いずれかに記載のライニング用組成物を含浸させることを特徴とするライニング材。
