Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1のヒートポンプ装置を適用したヒートポンプ給湯機を示す分解斜視図である。図1に示す本実施の形態1のヒートポンプ給湯機1は、ヒートポンプサイクル(冷凍サイクル)の動作を行う冷媒回路を用いて水を加熱する装置である。ヒートポンプ給湯機1は、ヒートポンプ装置の例である。なお、本発明のヒートポンプ装置が加熱する液体(液状熱媒体)は、水に限定されない。本発明のヒートポンプ装置が加熱する液体は、ブライン(例えば塩化カルシウム水溶液、エチレングリコール水溶液、アルコールなど)でも良い。本実施の形態のヒートポンプ給湯機1は、室外に設置される。図1を含め、本実施の形態の図面では、ヒートポンプ給湯機1が備える機器の一部の図示を省略する。
Claims (9)
- ベースと、
前記ベースの上に設置され、冷媒と液体との間で熱を交換する熱交換器と、
外部の液体管に対して接続可能な第一接続部と、
外部の液体管に対して接続可能な第二接続部と、
前記熱交換器と前記第一接続部との間をつなぐ第一管と、
前記熱交換器と前記第二接続部との間をつなぐ第二管と、
前記ベースに固定され、前記第一接続部及び第二接続部を支持する支持部品と、
を備え、
前記第一管の全長について、前記第一管の各部分の長手方向が、水平か、または前記第一接続部から前記熱交換器へ向かって上りになるヒートポンプ装置。 - 前記第一管は、前記熱交換器が備える液体流路の最下部に連通する請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 前記第二管の全長について、前記第二管の各部分の長手方向が、水平か、または第二接続部から前記熱交換器へ向かって下りになる請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 前記支持部品は、切欠き部を有し、
組み立てるとき、前記熱交換器、前記第一接続部、第二接続部、前記第一管、及び前記第二管を含むアセンブリを、前記支持部品が取り付けられる前の前記ベースに載せた後、前記切欠き部に前記第一管及び前記第二管が挿入するようにして前記支持部品を固定位置へ取り付け可能である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。 - 前記第一接続部及び第二接続部を含む被支持体を備え、
前記被支持体が前記支持部品に固定される請求項4に記載のヒートポンプ装置。 - 前記被支持体は、前記切欠き部をふさぐ請求項5に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 前記ベースに前記支持部品を固定する第一ネジと、
前記支持部品に前記被支持体を固定する第二ネジと、
を備え、
前記第一ネジ及び前記第二ネジを同一の方向から締め付け可能である請求項5または請求項6に記載のヒートポンプ装置。 - 前記切欠き部は、前記支持部品の側部に開口を有する請求項4から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 前記液体を抜き取るための排出部を前記第一接続部の近くに備える請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
