Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る二次電池100Aの外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す二次電池100Aの分解斜視図である。なお、図2は、電池容器10を構成する電池缶11および電池蓋12の外表面に、未だ保護膜1が形成されていない状態を示している。
次に、本発明の二次電池の実施形態2および実施形態3について、図1から図3、ならびに図5および図6を援用し、図7および図8を用いて説明する。
Claims (9)
- 溶接部を有する金属製の電池容器と、前記電池容器の外側に絶縁部材を介して配置される外部端子と、を備えた二次電池であって、
前記溶接部を含む前記電池容器の外側金属表面を密封する絶縁性の保護膜が形成されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記保護膜は、前記絶縁部材と密着して前記電池容器の外側金属表面を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護膜は、前記外部端子の外表面の一部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子の前記外表面は、バスバーが溶接される溶接領域と該バスバーおよび前記絶縁部材から露出した露出領域を有し、
前記保護膜は、前記露出領域全体を覆うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記保護膜は、前記電池容器の前記外側金属表面と前記絶縁部材の外表面と前記外部端子の前記外表面との間に連続して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池容器は、前記電極を収容する電池缶と該電池缶の開口部を封止する電池蓋とを備え、
前記溶接部は、前記電池缶と前記電池蓋との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電池蓋は、前記電池缶内に電解液を注入する注液口と該注液口を封止する注液栓とを備え、
前記溶接部は、前記電池蓋と前記注液栓との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記保護膜は、前記電池容器の前記外側金属表面に塗布された絶縁性塗料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護膜は、エポキシ、アクリル、ウレタンまたはゴムのいずれかの材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
