Abstract
Description
このような熱質量分析では、加熱後に無機材料の他、炭化した樹脂などが残存するが、無機材料や炭化物の総量が多いほど難燃性が向上し、600℃での保持率が50%以上であれば、十分な難燃性が実現でき、VTM−0に近い難燃性、さらにはVTM−0相当の難燃性が得られる。質量保持率のより好ましい範囲は60%以上であり、さらに好ましくは65%以上である。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A);酸化チタン含有率30%)100質量部と、ポリイソシアネート系化合物(大日精化工業社製 ラミックBハードナー;固形分30%)5質量部とを混合し、塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A);固形分40%)の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 ラミックF220 701 シロ(K−5);酸化チタン含有率30%)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A))の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 ラミックF220 SC−2 シロ(A);酸化チタン含有率35%)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A))の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 ラミックF220 HC−2 シロ(A);酸化チタン含有率40%)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層の厚さを3μmとした以外は、実施例4と同様にして、難燃性積層体と熱質量分析用サンプルを作成した。
印刷受容層の厚さを8μmとした以外は、実施例4と同様にして、難燃性積層体と熱質量分析用サンプルを作成した。
印刷受容層の厚さを10μmとした以外は、実施例4と同様にして、難燃性積層体と熱質量分析用サンプルを作成した。
印刷受容層の厚さを2μmとした以外は、実施例4と同様にして、難燃性積層体と熱質量分析用サンプルを作成した。
粘着剤として、アクリル系粘着剤(n−ブチルアクリレート/アクリル酸=90/10(質量比)、重量平均分子量:60万、溶剤:酢酸エチル、固形分濃度27質量%)100質量部(固形分比)とイソシアネート系架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン製 コロネートL、固形分濃度75質量%)1質量部、およびリン酸エステル系難燃剤(大八化学工業製 CR−741)80質量部を配合して混合し、粘着剤用塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A);固形分40%)の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(ポリエステル−セルロース系樹脂含有白インキ;DIC社製 SFプライマーNO.930マット白)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A))の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(白インキ;サカタインクス社製;ポリSダイヤDX−60 N白110改)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層組成物(ポリウレタン系樹脂含有白インキ;大日精化工業社製 NB300 701 白(A))の代わりに、印刷受容層組成物(白インキ;サカタインクス社製;ポリSパールニューDLO N白110G)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗布液を調製した。
印刷受容層の厚さを18μmとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、積層体と熱質量分析用サンプルを作成した。
熱質量分析用サンプルを所定の大きさに切り出し、印刷受容層を剥離して測定用サンプルとし、初期質量を測定した。その後、測定用サンプルを、窒素雰囲気下、昇温速度20℃/minの条件で600℃まで昇温して加熱を終了し、残存質量を測定した。
日本電色工業(株)製 NF777 分光色差計を用いて、JIS P8123に準じて、各積層体の印刷受容層の白色度を測定した。結果は表1に示す。
各積層体について、アンダーラボラトリーズ社発行のプラスチック材料の燃焼性試験規格UL94の垂直燃焼試験方法に準じてUL94VTMランクを判定し、VTM−0の試験の合格体の数を表1に示した。
印刷受容層の質量保持率が67%以上と高い実施例1〜9では、優れた難燃性を示し、VTM−0相当、又はそれに準じた難燃性を示すことがわかった。また、印刷受容層の質量保持率が高くても厚さが10μmと厚い実施例7では、合格数4であり、VTM−0相当の難燃性には僅かに届かなかったことから、印刷受容層の厚さは10μmが限度であることが確認された。

Claims (3)
- 基材と印刷受容層が積層された難燃性積層体であって、
前記基材がVTM−0相当の難燃性を有する基材であり、
前記印刷受容層が、樹脂と酸化チタンを含むと共にハロゲン化物を含まず、熱質量分析で600℃における質量保持率が50%以上であり、且つ厚みが10μm以下であることを特徴とする難燃性積層体。 - 前記樹脂が、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂及びアクリル樹脂並びにこれらの変性物からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性積層体。
- 請求項1又は2記載の難燃性積層体の前記印刷受容層とは反対側に、ハロゲン系難燃剤を含まず、リン酸エステル系難燃剤、縮合リン酸エステル系難燃剤、及びリン酸アンモニウム系難燃剤からなる群から選択される一種以上を含む粘着剤層が積層されたことを特徴とする難燃性粘着シート。
