Description
Claims (9)
- 送風機と、熱交換器と、電気部品箱とを備えた空気調和機において、前記電気部品箱は、前記送風機と対向する位置に取り付けられるヒートシンクと、該ヒートシンクを前記電気部品箱から突出させるヒートシンク用孔とを備えたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 前記電気部品箱は、前記ヒートシンク用孔の周縁部に、前記ヒートシンクよりも突出方向の長さが大きい切り起し片が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記電気部品箱は、前記ヒートシンク用孔が設けられる面に、前記ヒートシンクよりも突出方向の長さが大きい樹脂成形部品が取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記空気調和機はビルトイン型空気調和機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 電気部品箱と、
前記電気部品箱内に収納され、発熱する電気部品を備えた制御基板と、
前記電気部品と熱的に接続されたヒートシンクと、
前記電気部品箱と前記制御基板との間に介在するシート材を備えた電気機器であり、
前記シート材は、弾性体材料からなり、前記ヒートシンクを突出させる開口部を有しており、前記開口部には、前記シート材に一体形成され、弾性変形して前記ヒートシンクに前記シート材を係止する凸部を有し、前記電気部品箱は、前記ヒートシンク及び前記凸部を電気部品箱外へ突出させるためのヒートシンク用孔を有することを特徴とする電気機器。 - 前記シート材は、前記電気機器に組み込み以前の状態では、前記開口部のある位置にH型のスリットが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気機器。
- 前記シート材は、表面の摩擦係数が大きく、弾性変形が可能で、難燃性を有する素材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気機器。
- 前記シート材はアラミド紙であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気機器。
- 内部を送風機室と熱交換室とに仕切板で仕切られた本体と、
前記送風機室内に設けられた送風機と、
前記熱交換機室内に設けられた熱交換器と、
前記送風機室2内に設けた電気部品箱と、を有し、
前記電気箱内部に設けられた発熱する電気部品を備えた制御基板と、電気部品と熱的に接続されたヒートシンクと、上記電気部品箱と制御基板との間に介在するシート材とで構成した電気機器を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
