内容物を収納する遮光容器であって、
前記内容物側から順に、熱可塑性樹脂からなる内層と、無機系紫外線防止剤を含んだ樹脂からなる第1の遮光層と、有機系紫外線吸収剤を含んだ樹脂からなる第2の遮光層と、を少なくとも有することを特徴とする。
まず、図1を参照しながら、本実施形態の遮光容器100の概要について説明する。

このように、本実施形態の遮光容器100は、内容物側から順に、熱可塑性樹脂からなる内層1と、無機系紫外線防止剤を含んだ樹脂からなる中間層2と、有機系紫外線吸収剤を含んだ樹脂からなる外層3と、を有して構成するため、波長200〜370nmでの紫外線透過率を0%にすると共に、内容物を遮光容器100に付着し難くすることができる。
次に、本実施形態の遮光容器100の実施例について説明する。なお、以下に示す実施例は一例であり、本実施形態の遮光容器100は以下の実施例に限定するものではない。
遮光容器100を、図1に示すように、内層1,中間層2,外層3で構成し、内層1の厚みを170μm、中間層2の厚みを130μm、外層3の厚みを360μmとし、全体の層厚を660μmとした。
内層1は、LDPE(低密度ポリエチレン)で構成した。
中間層2は、LDPEと無機系紫外線防止剤(酸化亜鉛)とを混合した樹脂で構成した。LDPEと酸化亜鉛とのブレンド率は、LDPE:酸化チタン=100:3である。
外層3は、LDPEと有機系紫外線吸収剤としてベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤(BASFジャパン株式会社 チヌビン326)とを混合した樹脂で構成した。LDPEとベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤とのブレンド率は、LDPE:ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤=100:0.25である。
実施例1の内層1の構成をシクロオレフィンポリマーで構成した以外は、実施例1と同様に構成した。
実施例1の内層1の構成をエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体で構成した以外は、実施例1と同様に構成した。
遮光容器100を、図2に示すように、内層1,中間層2,外層3,最外層4で構成し、内層1の厚みを170μm、中間層2の厚みを100μm、外層3の厚みを300μm、最外層4の厚みを90μmとし、全体の層厚を660μmとした。
内層1,中間層2,外層3は、実施例1と同様な樹脂で構成し、最外層4は、内層1と同様の樹脂を用いて構成した。

実施例1〜4、比較例1〜3の容器の測定結果を図3に示す。図3には、容器の遮光性、透明性、溶出性の測定結果を示す。
実施例1〜4、比較例1〜3の容器の胴部の一部を切り取り、幅9mm×長さ40mmの大きさで厚さが均一の試験片を作成し、その試験片を紫外線吸収スペクトル測定用セルに浸し、水中での波長200〜372nmの透過率を測定した。波長200〜372nmの透過率が0%のものを○とした。それ以外は、×とした。
上記試験片を紫外線吸収スペクトル測定用セルに浸し、水中での波長450nmの透過率を測定した。波長450nmの透過率が20%以上のものを○とした。それ以外は、×とした。
実施例1〜4、比較例1〜3の容器に目薬を充填し、常温で1週間放置した後に、目薬に不純物が含まれているか解析した。不純物が含まれていないものを○とした。それ以外は、×とした。

Claims (4)
- 内容物を収納する遮光容器であって、
前記内容物側から順に、熱可塑性樹脂からなる内層と、無機系紫外線防止剤を含んだ樹脂からなる第1の遮光層と、有機系紫外線吸収剤を含んだ樹脂からなる第2の遮光層と、を少なくとも有する、ことを特徴とする遮光容器。 - 前記内層は、前記内容物の成分に対して非低吸着性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の遮光容器。
- 前記内層は、ガスバリア性を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の遮光容器。
- 前記第2の遮光層よりも外側にさらに最外層を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の遮光容器。
