図1は、本発明にかかるサーキュレータの実施の形態の正面から見た図である。図2は、同じくサーキュレータの側面から見た図である。図3は、同じくサーキュレータの裏面から見た図である。図4は、サーキュレータの分解斜視図である。図5は、サーキュレータの図4と異なる方向から見た分解斜視図である。図6は、サーキュレータの軸線方向の面で切断した縦断面図である。図7は、羽根車の正面図である。図8は、本体が吹出口の向きを変える様子を示す図である。図6の断面図は、中心線より片側の半分のみを示している。

Claims (7)
- 筒状を成し一端に吹出口を形成し他端に吸込口を形成し内部に前記吸込口から前記吹出口への風路を形成する本体と、
前記風路の内周に環状に設けられ局所的に前記風路を狭めるオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスにて狭められた部分の前記風路に配設された羽根車と、
前記羽根車に接続され前記羽根車を回転させて前記吸込口から吸い込んだ空気を前記吹出口から吹き出すモータと、を備えた
ことを特徴とするサーキュレータ。 - 前記羽根車は、前記モータにより回転駆動されるハブと、前記ハブから径方向外方に延び、回転方向に向く角部側が吸い込み方向へ傾くように傾斜し、回転軸方向に送風する複数の略三角形状の三角羽根と、を有するプロペラファンであり、
前記オリフィスは、前記風路を最も狭くする部分に軸線方向に直線状に延びて設けられた円筒状の直円筒部と、前記直円筒部の前記吸込口側に設けられたベルマウス状のわん曲部と、前記直円筒部の前記吹出口側に設けられた円錐状のテーパ部とを有し、
前記羽根車は、前記三角羽根の外周端と前記直円筒部との間を所定の間隔に保ち、前記三角羽根の後縁端を半径方向に延長した線が前記直円筒部と交わる位置に配設されている ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーキュレータ。 - 前記吹出口を覆うように網状のグリルが設けられ、前記オリフィスと前記グリルとは、樹脂にて一体に成形されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサーキュレータ。 - 前記本体は、前記吹出口側で大径で前記吸込口側で小径なテーパ状の円筒形を成し、
前記吸込口に近い位置の外周面に設けられた支持軸を軸支することにより前記本体を支持する脚部をさらに備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のサーキュレータ。 - 前記支持軸は、前記本体の中心軸に直交する方向に延び、前記本体は前記支持軸を回動軸として、すくなくとも180°回動する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のサーキュレータ。 - 前記本体の中央部にモータ収納部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のサーキュレータ。 - 前記モータに軸心を一致させて前記吸込口の中央部に後端に風量を調整するロータリースイッチが設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のサーキュレータ。
