Abstract
Description
操作者により、車両10の車室内等に設けられる開閉スイッチ(図示せず)を開操作することで、図7に示す扁平モータ60のロータ63が一の方向に回転駆動される。すると、図8(a)の実線矢印(IN)に示すように、ロータ63の回転に伴いロータ軸部材65が回転する。これによりロータ軸部材65の第2軸部65cがアウターギヤ71内を回転し、インナーギヤ72の歯部72aとアウターギヤ71の歯部71aとが噛み合った状態で、インナーギヤ72はアウターギヤ71内を滑ること無く転動する。
スライドドア13を手動開閉操作するには、まず、開閉スイッチをオフ状態とする。そして、操作者によりスライドドア13を車両の前後方向に移動させることで、スライドドア13を手動開閉操作することができる。このとき、スライドドア13を移動させることで各ケーブル23a,23bはドラム33を回転させるが、ドラム33の回転軸,ロータ63の回転軸,ロータ軸部材(入力部材)65の回転軸,出力回転体(出力部材)74の回転軸をそれぞれ同軸上に配置している。したがって、従前のようなウォームおよびウォームホイールよりなる減速機とは異なり、ドラム33を容易に回転させてスライドドア13を略抵抗無く移動できる。つまり、スライドドア13を手動開閉操作することで、ハイポサイクロイド減速機70および扁平モータ60を、自動開閉操作とは逆方向に容易に回転(駆動)させることができる。
Claims (6)
- 車体に設けられる開閉体を開閉駆動する車両用開閉体の駆動装置であって、
前記車体または前記開閉体のいずれか一方に回転自在に設けられるドラムと、
一端側が前記ドラムに巻き掛けられ、他端側が前記車体または前記開閉体のいずれか他方に接続される索条体と、
前記ドラムを回転駆動する電動モータと、
前記ドラムと前記電動モータとの間に設けられ、前記電動モータの回転を減速して前記ドラムに出力する差動減速機と、
前記ドラムと同軸上で前記差動減速機の前記電動モータ側に設けられ、前記電動モータにより当該電動モータと同じ回転数で回転する入力部材と、
前記ドラムと同軸上で前記差動減速機の前記ドラム側に設けられ、減速された前記電動モータの回転を前記ドラムに出力する出力部材とを備えることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の駆動装置において、前記差動減速機は、内周に歯部を有するアウターギヤと外周に歯部を有するインナーギヤとを備え、前記各歯部の噛み合いにより前記インナーギヤが前記アウターギヤ内で転動するハイポサイクロイド減速機であることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。
- 請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の駆動装置において、前記駆動装置は、前記ドラムをドラムケースに収容して形成されるドラムユニットと、前記電動モータおよび前記差動減速機をモータケースに収容して形成されるモータユニットとを有し、前記ドラムユニットと前記モータユニットとが動力伝達可能に連結されることで形成されることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。
- 請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の駆動装置において、前記ドラムと前記出力部材との間には弾性変形可能なダンパ部材が設けられ、前記出力部材の回転力は、前記ダンパ部材を介して前記ドラムに伝達されることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。
- 請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の駆動装置において、前記電動モータのロータと前記入力部材との間には弾性変形可能なダンパ部材が設けられ、前記ロータの回転力は、前記ダンパ部材を介して前記入力部材に伝達されることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。
- 請求項1記載の車両用開閉体の駆動装置において、前記電動モータを径方向寸法よりも軸方向寸法を小さくした扁平モータとし、前記扁平モータは前記ドラムと同軸上に設けられることを特徴とする車両用開閉体の駆動装置。
