Abstract
Description
本発明はN2Oが大気中に排出されるのを抑制するようにした内燃機関の制御装置を提供することにある。
2番目の発明では、燃料として第1の燃料であるアンモニアと、アンモニアより燃焼しやすい第2の燃料とを用い、これら二種類の燃料を燃焼室内に供給して燃焼させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置において、各燃料は各気筒の吸気ポート内に向けて、通常は対応する吸気弁の開弁前に噴射が完了するように噴射されており、減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときには空燃比が一時的にリッチにされると共に少くとも最初に燃焼室内に燃料を供給しうる気筒では吸気弁の開弁中に噴射が完了するように各燃料が噴射される。
3番目の発明では、燃料として第1の燃料であるアンモニアと、アンモニアより燃焼しやすい第2の燃料とを用い、これら二種類の燃料を燃焼室内に供給して燃焼させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置において、全供給燃料量に対する供給アンモニア量の割合を示す基準アンモニア比率が機関の運転状態に応じ予め設定されていてアンモニア比率は通常、機関の運転状態に応じた基準アンモニア比率とされており、機関排気通路内に配置された排気浄化触媒の温度が予め定められた設定温度よりも低いときにはアンモニア比率を機関の運転状態に応じた基準アンモニア比率よりも低下させるようにしている。

図4を参照すると、まず初めに燃料の供給を停止すべきことを示す供給停止フラグがセットされているか否かが判別される。この供給停止フラグは通常リセットされているのでステップ71に進み、機関回転数Nが供給停止下限回転数Ncよりも高いか否かが判別される。N>Ncのときにはステップ72に進んで機関負荷Lが零であるか否か、即ちアクセルペダル60が開放されているか否かが判別される。L=0でないときには処理サイクルを完了する。
図5を参照すると、まず初めにステップ80において供給停止フラグがセットされているか否かが判別される。供給停止フラグがセットされているときには処理サイクルを完了する。このときには燃料の供給が停止される。これに対し、供給停止フラグがリセットされているときにはステップ81に進んで燃料の噴射制御が行われる。
即ち、図9を参照すると、まず初めにステップ90において供給停止フラグがセットされているか否かが判別される。供給停止フラグがセットされていないときにはステップ91に進んで図2に示すマップから基本アンモニア比率RAが算出される。次いでステップ92では目標空燃比(A/F)tが算出される。この実施例でもこの目標空燃比(A/F)tは理論空燃比とされる。
図12を参照すると、まず初めにステップ100において図2に示すマップから基本アンモニア比率RAが算出される。次いでステップ101では目標空燃比(A/F)tが算出される。この実施例でもこの目標空燃比(A/F)tは理論空燃比とされる。次いでステップ102では温度センサ41により検出された排気浄化触媒19の温度TCが読込まれる。次いでステップ103では図11に示される関係からアンモニア比率の低下量ΔRが算出される。

Claims (8)
- 燃料として第1の燃料であるアンモニアと、アンモニアより燃焼しやすい第2の燃料とを用い、これら二種類の燃料を燃焼室内に供給して燃焼させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置において、全供給燃料量に対する供給アンモニア量の割合を示す基準アンモニア比率が機関の運転状態に応じ予め設定されていてアンモニア比率は通常、該機関の運転状態に応じた基準アンモニア比率とされており、減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときにはアンモニア比率を一時的に機関の運転状態に応じた上記基準アンモニア比率よりも低下させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置。
- 減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときにはアンモニア比率が零とされ、第2の燃料のみが供給される請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 上記第2の燃料は排気行程時に燃焼室内に供給される請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときには燃料の供給の再開後、機関排気通路内に配置された排気浄化触媒からの流出排気ガスの空燃比がリーンである間、アンモニア比率が機関の運転状態に応じた上記基準アンモニア比率よりも低下せしめられる請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 燃料として第1の燃料であるアンモニアと、アンモニアより燃焼しやすい第2の燃料とを用い、これら二種類の燃料を燃焼室内に供給して燃焼させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置において、各燃料は各気筒の吸気ポート内に向けて、通常は対応する吸気弁の開弁前に噴射が完了するように噴射されており、減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときには空燃比が一時的にリッチにされると共に少くとも最初に燃料を供給すべき気筒については燃料の噴射完了時期が吸気弁の開弁中になっても燃料の噴射作用が行われる内燃機関の制御装置。
- 空燃比が一時的にリッチにされたときには機関排気通路内に2次空気を供給するようにした請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 減速運転時に燃料の供給が停止された後に燃料の供給が再開されるときには燃料の供給の再開後、機関排気通路内に配置された排気浄化触媒からの流出排気ガスの空燃比がリーンである間、空燃比がリッチにされると共に少くとも最初に燃料を供給すべき気筒については燃料の噴射完了時期が吸気弁の開弁中になっても燃料の噴射作用が行われる請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 燃料として第1の燃料であるアンモニアと、アンモニアより燃焼しやすい第2の燃料とを用い、これら二種類の燃料を燃焼室内に供給して燃焼させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置において、全供給燃料量に対する供給アンモニア量の割合を示す基準アンモニア比率が機関の運転状態に応じ予め設定されていてアンモニア比率は通常、該機関の運転状態に応じた基準アンモニア比率とされており、機関排気通路内に配置された排気浄化触媒の温度が予め定められた設定温度よりも低いときにはアンモニア比率を機関の運転状態に応じた上記基準アンモニア比率よりも低下させるようにした内燃機関の制御装置。
