Abstract
Description
液体が充填される筒状をなし、その先端部に前記液体が通過する口部を有するシリンジ外筒と、前記口部に装着されるキャップとを備えるシリンジであって、
前記キャップは、前記口部を液密に封止するキャップ本体と、該キャップ本体の基端側に配置され、前記口部の外周部に装着されるリング状をなす装着部と、前記キャップ本体と前記装着部とを連結し、その連結を破断により解除可能な破断部とを備え、
前記装着部の内周部および前記口部の外周部のうちの一方には、少なくとも1つの突部が突出形成され、他方には、その軸に対し傾斜した傾斜部を有し、前記突部が挿入される溝が形成されており、
前記キャップを前記シリンジ外筒に対しその軸回りの回転操作を行なった際、前記突部が前記溝の前記傾斜部に沿って移動し、この移動により、前記装着部が基端方向に変位するとともに、前記破断部が同方向に引張られて破断し、前記装着部から前記キャップ本体が離脱し、該装着部から離脱した前記キャップ本体は、前記口部に再装着できないことを特徴とするシリンジである。
図1は、本発明のシリンジの実施形態を示す側面図、図2は、図1に示すシリンジの先端側の部分の分解斜視図、図3および図4は、それぞれ、図1に示すシリンジの開封操作の過程を順に示す縦断面図、図5は、図3中の矢印A方向から見たときのシリンジ外筒のロックアダプタとキャップの装着部との位置関係を示す図、図6は、図4中の矢印B方向から見たときのシリンジ外筒のロックアダプタとキャップの装着部との位置関係を示す図である。なお、以下では、説明の都合上、図1および図3〜図6中の右側を「基端」、左側を「先端」と言い、図2中の右上側を「基端」、左下側を「先端」と言う。
Claims (4)
- 液体が充填される筒状をなし、その先端部に前記液体が通過する口部を有するシリンジ外筒と、前記口部に装着されるキャップとを備えるシリンジであって、
前記キャップは、前記口部を液密に封止するキャップ本体と、該キャップ本体の基端側に配置され、前記口部の外周部に装着されるリング状をなす装着部と、前記キャップ本体と前記装着部とを連結し、その連結を破断により解除可能な破断部とを備え、
前記装着部の内周部および前記口部の外周部のうちの一方には、少なくとも1つの突部が突出形成され、他方には、その軸に対し傾斜した傾斜部を有し、前記突部が挿入される溝が形成されており、
前記キャップを前記シリンジ外筒に対しその軸回りの回転操作を行なった際、前記突部が前記溝の前記傾斜部に沿って移動し、この移動により、前記装着部が基端方向に変位するとともに、前記破断部が同方向に引張られて破断し、前記装着部から前記キャップ本体が離脱し、該装着部から離脱した前記キャップ本体は、前記口部に再装着できないことを特徴とするシリンジ。 - 前記突部は、前記装着部の内周部に配され、前記溝は、前記口部の外周部に配されている請求項1に記載のシリンジ。
- 前記口部は、外径が縮径した縮径部と、前記縮径部の外周部に同心的に配置され、該縮径部に接続される相手側を固定するリング状のロックアダプタとを有し、該ロックアダプタの外周部に、前記溝が配されている請求項2に記載のシリンジ。
- 前記突部は、複数配置され、前記溝は、前記各突部にそれぞれ対応して配置されている請求項1に記載のシリンジ。
