Rotate. Then, in a state where the movement of the locking portion 38 in the distal direction relative to the cylindrical portion 26 is restricted by each protruding portion 28, the cap cover 36 moves forward with respect to the cylindrical portion 26 by the action of the screw of the female screw portion 50 and the male screw portion 32. - the first protrusion 56 is guided in the distal direction by the second protrusion 58. Thereby, the cap cover 36 can be easily displaced in the distal direction with respect to the cylindrical portion 26.
- the cap 18 may not be provided with the guide portion 54 and the female screw portion 50. In this case, the user can displace the cap cover 36 in the distal direction with respect to the cylindrical part 26 by pulling the cap cover 36 in the distal direction with respect to the cylindrical part 26.
- a detent for regulating the circumferential displacement of the locking portion 38 with respect to the cylindrical portion 26 may be provided separately from the projecting portion 28 and the second convex portion 58.
- a detent for regulating the circumferential displacement of the locking portion 38 with respect to the cylindrical portion 26.
- one or three or more protrusions 28 may be provided.
- the cap 18 may be attached to the syringe outer cylinder 12 only by engagement of the locking portion 38 and the protruding portion 28 with the cap 18 unopened.
- the connecting portion 40 is broken when the cap 18 is opened, so that the tube main body portion 37 and the plug body 35 are separated from the locking portion 38. Therefore, the tube main body portion 37 and the plug body 35 are recapped to the tube portion 26. Can be prevented.
- the syringe assembly and the prefilled syringe according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various configurations can be adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention.
