Abstract
Description
ポリスチレン系樹脂からなる容器本体と、ポリスチレン系樹脂シートを用いて冷間成形により作製された、天板部及びスカート部を備えた保形性を有する容器蓋とを用いて、食品充填密封容器を製造した。本発明の実施例に係る容器本体及び容器蓋として、直径約40mmのシール面(フランジ上面)に凹凸を有しない容器本体(断面円弧状のシール面を有する容器本体)、及びシール面に容器本体側に延びる突起を有する容器蓋を用いた。なお、容器蓋には、直径1.4mm高さ0.8mmの半円球状の突起を16個、等間隔に設けた。また、比較例に係る容器本体及び容器蓋として、容器蓋のシール面に突起を設けないこと以外は同一の構成としたものを用いた。
サンプルを室温5℃の低温室で6時間以上保存し、定常状態にした。続いて、サンプルを室温37℃の恒温室に移動・静置し、液温が30℃に達するまで、60分までは15分おきに、60分以降は30分おきに液温とキャップの高さを測定した。キャップの高さの測定には、レーザー変位計(キーエンス製LK−080、分解能0.1μm)を用い、正立させた測定対象サンプルの上から測定した。具体的には、キャップの中心及び中心から10mm離れた周辺部4箇所を測定し、容器口部を基準とした5点の平均の高さをそのサンプルの容器蓋中央部高さとした。その結果を図8に示す。
容器蓋の突起数が1個、4個のものについても、試験例1と同様に、容器蓋膨らみ抑制効果を調査した。測定開始時からの容器蓋中央部高さの変位量、すなわち容器蓋中央部膨らみ量を図9に示す。
超音波シール装置のホーンを40℃に加温した場合と、加温しない場合についても、試験例1と同様に、容器蓋膨らみ抑制効果を調査した。その結果を図10に示す。

Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の容器本体に食品を充填した後、熱可塑性樹脂製の容器蓋をヒートシールして密封する食品充填密封容器の製造方法であって、シール面に凹凸を有する容器本体又は容器蓋を用いることを特徴とする食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- シール面に凹凸を有しない容器本体及びシール面に凹凸を有する容器蓋を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 耐熱性樹脂製、金属製又は紙製の容器本体に食品を充填した後、熱可塑性樹脂製の容器蓋をヒートシールして密封する食品充填密封容器の製造方法であって、シール面に凹凸を有する容器蓋を用いることを特徴とする食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- シール面に凹凸を有する容器本体又は容器蓋が、シール面に凹凸を有しない容器本体又は容器蓋のシール面に凹凸を形成して作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- シール面に凹凸を有する容器本体又は容器蓋が、容器本体又は容器蓋の成形と同時に凹凸を形成して作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- シール面に凹凸を有する容器蓋が、凹凸を有するシート材を用いて作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 凹凸の高さが、0.05〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 容器蓋のシール面内側の蓋中央部を押圧してヒートシールすることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 超音波シール装置を用いてヒートシールすることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 超音波シール装置のホーンが加温手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 容器本体を上下方向に圧縮した状態でシールすることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の食品充填密封容器の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかの製造方法により製造された食品充填密封容器であって、容器蓋の中央部が凹んでいることを特徴とする食品充填密封容器。
- 容器内が陰圧となっていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の食品充填密封容器。
- ヒートシールにより容器蓋で密封する熱可塑性樹脂製の容器本体であって、シール面に周方向に間隔をあけて設けられた突起を有することを特徴とする容器本体。
- 突起の高さが、0.05〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の容器本体。
- ヒートシールにより容器本体を密封する熱可塑性樹脂製の容器蓋であって、シール面に凹凸を有することを特徴とする容器蓋。
- 凹凸の高さが、0.05〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の容器蓋。
- 凹凸を有するシート材を用いて作製されたことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の容器蓋。
- ポリスチレン系樹脂シートを用いて冷間成形により作製された、天板部及びスカート部を備えた保形性を有する蓋であることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の容器蓋。
- ドーム型の蓋であることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の容器蓋。
