図1はスクライブ装置の一例を示すと共に本発明スクライブ方法の一部を示す概略正面図。
図5は、本第2実施形態を実施するスクライブ装置の一例を示す概略正面図。
図7は、本第3実施形態を実施するスクライブ装置45の一例を示す概略正面図である。
図8、図9には、本発明の第4実施形態を実施するガラス板のスクライブ装置でもあるNC制御の切断装置60が示されている。
Claims (4)
- スクライブ開始にあたって、スクライブ開始点に、先ずクボミを刻み形成し、このクボミ内からスクライブをスタートするようにしたガラス板のスクライブ方法。
- スクライブ開始にあたって、先ずスクライブ開始点にカッターホイールをガラス板に圧接した状態で、カッターホイールを回動又は揺動させて、上記開始点にクボミを刻み形成した後、このクボミ内よりスクライブをスタートするようにしたガラス板のスクライブ方法。
- スクライブ開始にあたって、カッターホイールとは別に設けたダイヤモンドスクライブスタイラスを先ず、スクライブ開始点に圧接した状態で回動又は揺動させてクボミを刻み形成し、次にこの形成されたクボミにカッターホイールを圧接し、このクボミ内よりスクライブをスタートさせるようにしたガラス板のスクライブ方法。
- カッターホイールを備え、このカッターホイールをガラス板に圧接した状態で転動させてスクライブラインを刻み形成するようにしたスクライブヘッドと、ダイヤモンドスクライブスタイラスを備え、このダイヤモンドスクライブスタイラスをガラス板に圧接してクボミを刻み形成するダイヤモンドスタイラス装置とを、備えたスクライブ装置。
