Claims (5)
- 所定の圧力によって弾性変形可能な膜部と、この膜部の周縁部に設けられるとともに、この膜部の膜厚よりも厚く構成された厚肉部とを備え、膜部と厚肉部との間に、膜部に接触するとともに、膜部の弾性変形に伴って弾性変形しながらこの膜部を保護する保護部が設けられることを特徴とする金属製ダイヤフラム。
- 前記保護部は、膜部と厚肉部との間で所定の曲率半径で湾曲した曲面を有する請求項1に記載の金属製ダイヤフラム。
- 前記厚肉部は、膜部とは別体の金属板が膜部の周縁部に溶接により固着されてなる請求項1または2に記載の金属製ダイヤフラム。
- 前記膜部の中央部には、膜部に当接する当接部材の当接部位を補強すべく、膜部の厚さよりも厚い厚肉部が形成される請求項1または2に記載の金属製ダイヤフラム。
- 前記膜部の中央部に形成された厚肉部と膜部との間には、膜部の弾性変形に伴って弾性変形しながらこの膜部を保護する保護部が設けられる請求項4に記載の金属製ダイヤフラム。
