Description

Claims (13)
- 液圧流体を収容する移送チャンバと;
ポンプ送りされる流体のためのポンプ送りチャンバと;
前記移送チャンバまで延在する制御要素と;
前記制御要素に接続されたダイヤフラムであって、前記移送チャンバと前記ポンプ送りチャンバとを分離する、ダイヤフラムと;
前記制御要素に取り付けられた圧力保護デバイスであって、前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記制御要素と前記ダイヤフラムとの中間にあり、前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記ダイヤフラムにおける圧力差が所定の値を超えると前記移送チャンバに対してシールし、前記移送チャンバの壁部と滑らかな表面を形成し、前記ダイヤフラムに連続的な支持を提供するように構成されている、圧力保護デバイスと;
を備えるダイヤフラムポンプ装置であって、
前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記ダイヤフラムの剛性よりも大きい剛性を有することを特徴とするダイヤフラムポンプ装置。 - 前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記圧力差にさらされたときに前記移送チャンバと係合するリングタイプ要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、ディスクを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、フランジを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、ワッシャを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、成形リングを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記成形リングが、リップを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、差圧の下で変形する間、前記移送チャンバと係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記ダイヤフラムの移送チャンバ側で前記ダイヤフラムを支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記移送チャンバの壁部と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記制御要素が、前記移送チャンバまで延在するプランジャを備え、前記圧力保護デバイスが、前記プランジャと前記ダイヤフラムとの中間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 間隙のない連続的支持面において前記移送チャンバとの係合を提供するように構成されたリングタイプ要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力保護デバイスが、間隙のない連続的支持面において前記移送チャンバとの係合を提供するように構成されたリングタイプ要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムポンプ装置。
