Abstract
Description
本発明に係る金属ガラス製の内歯車は、本発明に係る内歯車の製造方法により製造されるため、高精度であり、1個あたりの製造時間を短縮可能である。
図1乃至図3は、本発明の実施の形態の内歯車の製造方法および金属ガラス製の内歯車を示している。
図1に示すように、本発明の実施の形態の内歯車の製造方法は、鋳型11と中子12とを使用して製造される。

Claims (8)
- 細長い筒状の鋳型の内部に、少なくとも一部が外歯車形状に形成された前記鋳型と同一長の非金属製の中子を、前記鋳型の長さ方向に沿って前記鋳型との間に空隙を有するよう配置し、金属材料の融点より高い温度下で前記空隙に溶融した金属材料を注入する金属注入工程と、
前記金属材料を前記鋳型および前記中子とともに固化させる金属冷却工程と、
前記金属材料の固化後、前記中子を粉砕または溶解して除去する中子除去工程とを
有することを特徴とする内歯車の製造方法。 - 前記中子を取り出した後、前記金属材料が固化して形成された成形品を、所定の長さで切断して複数に分割する切断工程を、有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 前記中子は、外歯車形状に形成された歯車部と、前記歯車部の一端側に設けられ、前記歯車部より外径が小さい軸受部と、前記歯車部の他端側に設けられ、前記軸受部より外径が大きいモータ嵌合部とを有することを、特徴とする請求項1記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 前記中子は、1000℃以上の融点を有するカーボン製、窒化ボロン製またはセラミックス製であることを、特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 前記中子除去工程は、ブラスト加工により、前記中子を粉砕して取り出すことを、特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 前記中子除去工程は、溶解液により、前記中子を溶解して除去することを、特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 前記金属注入工程は、溶融した前記金属材料を前記空隙中に真空圧力鋳造法により形成することを、特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の内歯車の製造方法。
- 請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7記載の内歯車の製造方法により製造されることを、特徴とする金属ガラス製の内歯車。
