Claims (11)
- セラミック基体と、該セラミック基体に埋設された発熱抵抗体と、前記セラミック基体の側面に配設され、前記発熱抵抗体と電気的に接続された外部電極と、該外部電極にロウ付けされたリード部材と、を備えたセラミックヒータであって、前記リード部材の長手方向に垂直な当該リード部材の断面において、前記リード部材の外周のうちの前記ロウ付けされた部分の一点から前記リード部材の中心までの距離よりも、前記ロウ付けされた部分の他の一点から前記中心までの距離が大きいことを特徴とするセラミックヒータ。
- 前記リード部材は、前記長手方向に垂直な断面において、前記ロウ付けされた部分に凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記凹部に前記ロウ材が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記凹部は、前記セラミック基体側に開口していること特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記リード部材は、複数の前記凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記リード部材は、1つの前記長手方向に垂直な断面において、複数の前記凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記リード部材は、前記長手方向に垂直な断面において、前記リード部材の中心と前記セラミック基体の中心とを通る直線を介して分けられる2つの領域のそれぞれに前記凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記直線に対して対称な位置に前記凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 前記リード部材は、前記長手方向に垂直な断面において全周にわたってロウ材で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒータ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒータを備えたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒータを備えたことを特徴とするヘアアイロン。
