Abstract

 【課題】従来のリード部材は、長手方向に垂直な断面が円形であったため、ロウ材との大きな接合面積を得ることが困難であった。そのため、リード部材とロウ材の接合性に寄与するこれらの接触面積を増大させるためにはリード部材自体を大きくしなければならなかった。  【解決手段】リード部材の長手方向に垂直な断面において、リード部材の外周のうちのロウ付けされた部分の一点からリード部材の中心までの距離よりも、ロウ付けされた部分の他の一点から中心までの距離を大きくすることにより、リード部材とロウ材との接触面積を増大させることが可能となる。
