Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムをカーカス層よりタイヤ内腔側に配置し、該フィルムのタイヤ内腔側に該フィルムを覆うように第1ゴム層を配置し、該第1ゴム層の幅方向の端部を前記フィルムの幅方向の端部より外側に配置したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルムの幅方向の端部からの第1ゴム層の突き出し長さを3mm以上にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルムのカーカス層側に第2ゴム層を配置し、該フィルムの少なくとも一部を第1ゴム層と第2ゴム層とで挟み込むようにした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルムのカーカス層側に第2ゴム層を配置し、該フィルムの少なくとも一部を第1ゴム層と第2ゴム層とで挟み込むようにした請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるフィルムをカーカス層よりタイヤ内腔側に配置し、該フィルムのタイヤ内腔側に該フィルムを覆うように第1ゴム層を配置し、該第1ゴム層の幅方向の端部を前記フィルムの幅方向の端部より外側に配置してなる未加硫タイヤを成形し、該タイヤを加硫することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムの幅方向の端部からの第1ゴム層の突き出し長さを3mm以上にしたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記未加硫タイヤにおいて、前記フィルムのカーカス層側に第2ゴム層を配置し、該フィルムの少なくとも一部を第1ゴム層と第2ゴム層とで挟み込むようにした請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記未加硫タイヤにおいて、前記フィルムのカーカス層側に第2ゴム層を配置し、該フィルムの少なくとも一部を第1ゴム層と第2ゴム層とで挟み込むようにした請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
