Claims (8)
- 少なくとも2層のカーカス層が、そのタイヤ幅方向両端部を両ビード部に配置したビードコアまで延在されるとともに前記ビードコアのタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられてタイヤ径方向外側に延在された空気入りタイヤにおいて、

前記熱可塑性シートは、タイヤ幅方向最大幅の前記熱可塑性シートのタイヤ幅方向両端部が、タイヤ幅方向最大幅の前記ベルト層のタイヤ幅方向端部よりもタイヤ幅方向内側に位置することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記熱可塑性シートは、タイヤ幅方向最大幅の前記熱可塑性シートのタイヤ幅方向両端部の間隔CWと、タイヤ幅方向最大幅の前記ベルト層のタイヤ幅方向幅BWとの関係が、0.10≦CW/BW≦0.95の範囲を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 少なくとも2層のカーカス層が、そのタイヤ幅方向両端部を両ビード部に配置したビードコアまで延在されるとともに前記ビードコアのタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられてタイヤ径方向外側に延在された空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カーカス層は、熱可塑性シートで形成されてなり、かつ少なくとも前記熱可塑性シートの各層同士が重なる間にゴム層が配置され、
前記熱可塑性シートは、タイヤ周方向に対する引張降伏強さαと、タイヤ幅方向に対する引張降伏強さβとの関係が、1<β/α≦5の範囲を満たすことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 少なくとも2層のカーカス層が、そのタイヤ幅方向両端部を両ビード部に配置したビードコアまで延在されるとともに前記ビードコアのタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられてタイヤ径方向外側に延在された空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カーカス層は、熱可塑性シートで形成されてなり、かつ少なくとも前記熱可塑性シートの各層同士が重なる間にゴム層が配置され、
前記熱可塑性シートは、単層の平均厚さが0.03[mm]以上1.0[mm]以下であり、かつ空気透過係数が3×10 −12 [cc・cm/cm 2 ・sec・cmHg]以上500×10 −12 [cc・cm/cm 2 ・sec・cmHg]以下であってインナーライナーの機能を有することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ゴム層は、前記熱可塑性シートとの剥離強度が50[N/25mm]以上400[N/25mm]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性シートは、単層の室温における引張降伏強さが1[MPa]以上100[MPa]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性シートは、単層の室温における破断伸びが80[%]以上500[%]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
