Description
しかも、ゴムより摩擦係数の低い封止層を膜体の外周面及び空気入りタイヤの内周面に配置したので、ランフラット走行時における空気嚢の外周面とトレッド内周面との接触面での摩擦抵抗を低下させることが可能になり、接触面におけるゴムの損傷を効率よく抑制して、ランフラット耐久性を確実に向上させることができる。

Claims (1)
- リムに装着した空気入りタイヤの内側に円環状の膜体からなる空気嚢を挿入すると共に、該空気嚢の内圧を前記空気入りタイヤの内圧と同一又はそれ以上にして、前記空気入りタイヤのトレッド内周面と前記空気嚢の外周面との間に空間を介在させるようにしたランフラット走行可能な空気入りタイヤとリムとの組立体において、
前記膜体を60℃におけるtanδが0.05〜0.30で、かつ空気透過率が(0.5〜3.0)×10-11 cc・cm/cm2 ・sec・cmHgである熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる封止層とゴム層との積層体で構成し、前記封止層を前記膜体の外周面に配置すると共に、前記積層体における前記封止層の占める容積比率を少なくとも50%にし、かつ前記封止層を前記空気入りタイヤの内周面に配置した空気入りタイヤとリムとの組立体。
