前記第1の回折格子面に向かい合う第2の回折格子面と

入射される3種類の波長の光に対し、
前記第1の回折格子面では、1種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となり、
前記第2の回折格子面では、他の2種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となること
としたものである。

入射される3種類の波長の光に対し、
前記第1の回折格子面では、1種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となり、
前記第2の回折格子面では、他の2種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となり、
前記第2の回折格子面で回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となる他の2種類の光は、一方の光の波長が他方の光の波長の略整数倍であること
としたものである。
前記第1の格子ピッチに対する前記第1の溝部の幅の比、及び、前記第2の格子ピッチに対する前記第2の溝部の幅の比が、各々の所定の値に設定されるとともに、前記各々の所定の値は、いずれも0.3以下であることを特徴とするものである。

- 第1の回折格子面と、
前記第1の回折格子面に向かい合う第2の回折格子面と
を備え、
入射される3種類の波長の光に対し、
前記第1の回折格子面では、1種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となり、
前記第2の回折格子面では、他の2種類の光について回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となること
を特徴とする回折光学素子。 - 第2の回折格子面で回折光の回折効率が所定値以下となるのは、入射される3種類の波長の光のうち、最も波長が長い光と、最も波長が短い光であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の回折光学素子。 - 第1の回折格子面、及び/又は第2の回折格子面の格子ピッチに対する溝部の比が0.3以下であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の回折光学素子。 - 第1の回折格子面、及び/又は第2の回折格子面の格子ピッチに対する溝部の比が0.27以下であること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の回折光学素子。 - 0次回折光の0次回折効率に対する、1次回折光の1次回折効率が、約1/4から約1/20であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の回折光学素子。 - 0次回折光の0次回折効率に対する、1次回折光の1次回折効率が、約1/5から約1/20であること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の回折光学素子。 - 3種類の波長の光を発振する光源と、
請求項1に記載の回折光学素子と
を備え、
前記光源から発振された光が前記回折光学素子に入射するように構成されたこと
を特徴とする光ヘッド装置。
