Abstract
Description
図6は変形例の吸気装置40の全体構成を示した図である。重複する説明を避けるため、実施例1で示した吸気装置1と同様の部位には同一の符号を付している。吸気装置40は、内部にヒータ42を埋設した仕切板41を備えている。このように加熱手段となるヒータ42を備えた仕切板41を採用して付着した燃料の気化を促進するようにしてもよい。なお、この吸気装置40はECU18によってヒータ42への通電を制御し、仕切板41の下面に付着する燃料が無い状態を形成して開閉弁10を開に切換えるようにすればよい。図6は穴を有していない仕切板41にヒータ42を設けた構造例を示しているが、実施例1〜4で例示した穴を有する仕切板にヒータを更に設けた構造を採用してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 吸気管内に長手方向に沿って仕切板を設けて内部を前記吸気管の上側通路である第1吸気通路と前記吸気管の下側通路である第2吸気通路とに分割すると共に、前記第2吸気通路を開閉する吸気制御バルブを備えている内燃機関の吸気装置において、
前記仕切板が前記第1吸気通路と第2吸気通路とを連通し、前記仕切板下面の燃料が前記第1吸気通路へ吸い出されるように複数の穴を有していることを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 吸気流方向で、前記第1吸気通路側での前記穴の開口位置が前記第2吸気通路側での前記穴の開口位置よりも下流側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 吸気流方向で、前記第1吸気通路側での前記穴の開口位置が前記第2吸気通路側での前記穴の開口位置よりも上流側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 吸気流の方向で、前記第2吸気通路側の前記穴の下流側端部が前記第1吸気通路側の前記穴の下流側端部よりも下流側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記第1吸気通路側に形成した前記穴の開口径が、前記第2吸気通路側に形成した前記穴の開口径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記穴は前記第1吸気通路側から前記第2吸気通路側に向かって拡径するテーパ形状となっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記穴は、前記仕切板の下流側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記仕切板は平坦な板状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
