Abstract
자동차 흡입메니홀드에 설치된 공기흐름센서의 작동에 지속적인 영향을 주게 되고, 이러한 흡입메니홀드 내부의 공기 흐름과 관련된 변화된 인식 값이 자동차의 E.C.U에 지속적으로 인가시켜서 자동차 인젝터의 연료분사 시간을 줄여 엔진의 연소효율을 최적화시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치는,
자동차 엔진으로 연소공기를 유입하는 흡입메니홀드(22) 상에 적어도 하나 이상의 연소효율 최적화장치를 설치하여서 된 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치에 있어서,
상기 연소효율 최적화장치(10)는,
정면과 배면이 서로 관통되도록 다수의 통공(11)을 천공하되, 상기 통공(11)의 일측 직경은 5~7mm로 형성하고, 그 반대쪽 타측의 직경은 상기 일측의 직경보다 작은 4~6mm로 형성하여서 된 것이다.

- 자동차 엔진으로 연소공기를 유입하는 흡입메니홀드(22) 상에 적어도 하나 이상의 연소효율 최적화장치를 설치하여서 된 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치에 있어서,
상기 연소효율 최적화장치(10)는,
정면과 배면이 서로 관통되도록 다수의 통공(11)을 천공하되, 상기 통공(11)의 일측 직경은 크게 형성하고, 그 반대쪽 타측의 직경은 작게 형성하여서 된 것이 특징인 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치.
- 자동차 엔진으로 연소공기를 유입하는 흡입메니홀드(22) 상에 적어도 하나 이상의 연소효율 최적화장치를 설치하여서 된 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치에 있어서,
상기 연소효율 최적화장치(10)는,

상기 연소효율 최적화장치(10)를 두 장 겹쳐서 통공의 겹쳐지는 천공의 넓이와 폭을 조절함으로서 공기 통과 압력을 조절하여 공기 흐름 센서에 의해 E.C.U의 연료 분사 시간을 조절하는 것이 특징인 자동차 엔진의 연소효율 최적화장치.
