Claims (12)
- 負荷に供給する電流をトランジスタで制御する回路を具備し、前記トランジスタのソースまたはドレインが電流源回路と接続され、前記電流源回路から前記トランジスタに電流が供給されたとき、前記トランジスタのゲート・ソース間電圧とドレイン・ソース間電圧とを制御する増幅回路が備えられていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
- 負荷に供給する電流をトランジスタで制御する回路を具備し、前記トランジスタのソースまたはドレインが電流源回路と接続され、前記トランジスタのドレイン電位もしくはソース電位が所定の電位になるように、前記トランジスタのゲート電位を安定化させる増幅回路が備えられていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
- 負荷に供給する電流をトランジスタで制御する回路を具備し、前記トランジスタのソースまたはドレインが電流源回路と接続され、前記トランジスタのドレイン電位もしくはソース電位が所定の電位になるように、前記トランジスタのゲート電位を安定化させる帰還回路が備えられていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
- 負荷に供給する電流を制御するトランジスタと、オペアンプを具備し、電流源回路に接続する前記トランジスタのドレイン端子側に前記オペアンプの非反転入力端子が接続され、前記オペアンプの出力端子は、前記ゲート端子に接続されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とする発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とするデジタルスチルカメラ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とするコンピュータ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とするモバイルコンピュータ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とする画像再生装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とするゴーグル型ディスプレイ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とするビデオカメラ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の半導体装置を表示部に有することを特徴とする携帯電話。
