の要部の拡大略線的断面図、第７図はその層間絶
縁層の開口と下層配線層との位置関係を示す平面
図である。 ３は第１の配線導電層、５は第２の配線導電層
、４は絶縁層、６は開口である。

平面図、第６図は従来構造による半導体集積回路

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の配線導電層上に絶縁層を介して第２の配
線導電層が設けられ、該第２の配線導電層が、上
記絶縁層に穿設された開口部を通じて上記第１の
配線導電層と連接するようになされた多層配線構
造体において、 上記開口が上記第１の配線導電層の一部の縁部
を横切つて該第１の配線導電層の被着部外に跨つ
て形成され、上記開口を通じて上記第２の配線導
電層が上記縁部を含んで上記第１の配線導電層の
上面から側面に渡つて連接されてなる多層配線構
造体。
