- 半導体チツプ表面の外周部付近に、該半導体フ
イルムの外周に沿つて導電性ラインを形成し、該
導電性ラインの断線またはライン接合部の欠陥を
検出する、欠陥検出回路を設けたことを特徴とす
る半導体チツプの欠陥検知装置。
