- 少なくとも２層以上の多層配線構造を有し、下
層の信号ラインを上層のシールド電極と前記信号
ラインに隣接して形成した下層のシールド電極に
よつてシールドした半導体集積回路において、前
記信号ラインを半導体チツプの周縁に沿う様に配
置したことを特徴とする半導体集積回路。
