Claims (1)
- 半導体基板上に形成された半導体素子に電力を
供給する電源配線と、該電源配線を含んで、少な
くとも３層以上の導電層とを有する半導体集積回
路において、前記電源配線は、その上部及び下部
に絶縁層を介して形成されたグランド配線で挾ま
れた構造を有する事を特徴とする半導体集積回路
。
