- 下側配線層上に層間絶縁膜を介して上側配線層
を形成してなる半導体装置において、前記下側配
線層で構成する主要配線の一部を、他の下側配線
層と交差しない箇所に設けた前記上側配線層で構
成したことを特徴とする半導体装置の配線構造。
