Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 裏板をそれぞれ有してデイスクロータの両面に
    対向して配設され、該裏板の少なくとも一方に、
    該デイスクロータの周方向と対向する両側端面に
    おいて該周方向へ突出する突部が形成された一対
    のパツドと、前記突部の前記デイスクロータ径方
    向に直角な両側面とそれぞれ対向する一対の案内
    面を有して非回転部材に固定され、前記パツドを
    該デイスクロータの軸心と平行な方向の移動可能
    に案内する支持部材と、互いに対向する一対の作
    用部とそれらの互いに近接する各一端を連結し且
    つそれらを互いに離隔する方向に付勢する回曲部
    とを有し、該一対の作用部が互いに対向する前記
    突部の一方の側面と前記支持部材の一方の案内面
    との間に差し込まれて、該回曲部の弾性復帰力に
    より該突部の他方の側面を該支持部材の他方の案
    内面に押圧して前記パツドのがたつきを防止する
    スプリングと、を備えたデイスクブレーキにおい
    て、 互いに当接する前記スプリングの一方の作用部
    の外表面あるいは前記突部の一方の側面の少なく
    とも一方に、前記デイスクロータの軸心と平行な
    方向における該作用部および突部の相対移動を抑
    制し、少なくとも前記パツドの該デイスクロータ
    への押圧時において、前記回曲部の弾性復帰力に
    該デイスクロータから離隔する方向の成分を生じ
    させる移動抑制手段を設けたことを特徴とするデ
    イスクブレーキ。
