第１図は本考案の半導体レーザモジユールの基
本原理を示す要部の縦断面図、第２図はこれを使
用した半導体レーザモジユールの縦断面図、第３
図は従来の半導体レーザモジユールの要部の縦断
面図、第４図は従来の他の半導体レーザモジユー
ルの要部の縦断面図、第５図はフアイバ入力パワ
ー劣化量と光フアイバの端面の角度ずれとの関係
を示すグラフ、第６図は反射面相対距離に対する
反射光界分布と反導体レーザの界分布の結合損失
との関係を示すグラフである。 １…半導体レーザ、２…単一モード石英光フア
イバ、３…レンズ、４…光フアイバ端面、１４…
反射防止膜、１７…透明キヤツプ、１９…透明接
着剤。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザと、その出力光が導入される単一
    モード石英光フアイバと、両者の間にあつて前記
    半導体レーザの出力光を集束するレンズと、前記
    単一モード石英光フアイバの端面に密着し前記レ
    ンズを透過した出力光をこの単一モード石英光フ
    アイバに導く透明キヤツプとを有し、この透明キ
    ヤツプは、その屈折率が１．４乃至１．８で、そ
    の軸部で測定した軸線方向の厚さは光学長で０．
    ６ミリメートル以上あつて、前記レンズに対向す
    る側にその軸線に垂直な端面を有し、そこに反射
    率１パーセント以下の反射防止膜を形成し、前記
    単一モード石英光フアイバとの境界はその軸線に
    垂直な面に対して３乃至１０°傾斜し、屈折率１
    ．４乃至１．８のほぼ均一な厚さの透明接着剤を
    介して接着されており、かつ前記単一モード石英
    光フアイバとその軸線を一致させて接着されてい
    ることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジユール。
