本原理を示す要部の縦断面図、第2図はこれを使
用した半導体レーザモジユールの縦断面図、第3
図は従来の半導体レーザモジユールの要部の縦断
面図、第4図は従来の他の半導体レーザモジユー
ルの要部の縦断面図、第5図はフアイバ入力パワ
ー劣化量と光フアイバの端面の角度ずれとの関係
を示すグラフ、第6図は反射面相対距離に対する
反射光界分布と反導体レーザの界分布の結合損失
との関係を示すグラフである。 1…半導体レーザ、2…単一モード石英光フア
イバ、3…レンズ、4…光フアイバ端面、14…
反射防止膜、17…透明キヤツプ、19…透明接
着剤。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザと、その出力光が導入される単一
    モード石英光フアイバと、両者の間にあつて前記
    半導体レーザの出力光を集束するレンズと、前記
    単一モード石英光フアイバの端面に密着し前記レ
    ンズを透過した出力光をこの単一モード石英光フ
    アイバに導く透明キヤツプとを有し、この透明キ
    ヤツプは、その屈折率が1.4乃至1.8で、そ
    の軸部で測定した軸線方向の厚さは光学長で0.
    6ミリメートル以上あつて、前記レンズに対向す
    る側にその軸線に垂直な端面を有し、そこに反射
    率1パーセント以下の反射防止膜を形成し、前記
    単一モード石英光フアイバとの境界はその軸線に
    垂直な面に対して3乃至10°傾斜し、屈折率1
    .4乃至1.8のほぼ均一な厚さの透明接着剤を
    介して接着されており、かつ前記単一モード石英
    光フアイバとその軸線を一致させて接着されてい
    ることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジユール。
