トダイオードへの光の経路とを示す側面図、第２
図は第１図に示す光フアイバ内の光の反射の様子
を示す側面図である。 １０は光フアイバ、１１は導波路の一例たるコ
ア、１２はクラツデイング、１３は端面角、１４
は受光素子の一例たるフオトダイオード、１７は
端面の一例たる斜面である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 受光素子に接続するための終端部と、該終端
    部へ向かつて光を伝送するための伝送路とを備え
    た光フアイバにおいて、前記終端部は、前記伝送
    路を伝送された光を前記受光素子へ反射させるた
    め前記伝送路に対して傾斜を有する端面を備えて
    いることを特徴とする光フアイバの終端構造。 ２ 前記端面は、前記伝送路を伝送された光をす
    べて反射する全反射面であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の光フアイバ
    の終端構造。 ３ 前記伝送路は、導波部とクラツデイング部と
    からなるものであることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の光フアイバの終端構
    造。 ４ 前記導波部は、屈折率が約１．５、開口数が
    約０．２であり、前記端面は、端面角が約５５度
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の光フアイバの終端構造。
