を示す側面図である。 10は光フアイバ、11は導波路の一例たるコ
ア、12はクラツデイング、13は端面角、14
は受光素子の一例たるフオトダイオード、17は
端面の一例たる斜面である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 受光素子に接続するための終端部と、該終端
    部へ向かつて光を伝送するための伝送路とを備え
    た光フアイバにおいて、前記終端部は、前記伝送
    路を伝送された光を前記受光素子へ反射させるた
    め前記伝送路に対して傾斜を有する端面を備えて
    いることを特徴とする光フアイバの終端構造。 2 前記端面は、前記伝送路を伝送された光をす
    べて反射する全反射面であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の光フアイバ
    の終端構造。 3 前記伝送路は、導波部とクラツデイング部と
    からなるものであることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項に記載の光フアイバの終端構
    造。 4 前記導波部は、屈折率が約1.5、開口数が
    約0.2であり、前記端面は、端面角が約55度
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第1項に記載の光フアイバの終端構造。
