Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はボール紙等の芯板の裏面に布帛を貼着
することによつて同芯板を補強すると共にその裏
面をこの布帛を以て美粧し、同じく芯板の表面を
裏面に布帛層を設けて全体に強度と非伸縮性を附
与した熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを以て同シートの
周縁を芯板の裏面に折返して同部に止着した強靭
にして美麗な容器の背版、表紙等の高周波ウエル
ダーによる製造方法に関するものである。
従来、ボール紙等の芯板の裏面に布帛を貼着す
ることによつて同芯板を補強すると共にその裏面
をこの布帛を以て美粧し、同じく芯板の表面を裏
面に布帛層を設けて全体に強度と非伸縮性を附与
した熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを以て、同シートの
周縁を芯板の裏面に折返して同部に止着した容器
の背版、表紙等は公知であるが、これ等に於ては
芯板の表面の裏面に布帛層を設けた熱可塑性軟質
合成樹脂シートの折返部と芯板の裏面の布帛との
直接的な高周波熔着が合成樹脂シートの裏面の布
帛層に阻害されて不可能である為に同折返部の芯
板裏面の布帛への止着は接着剤を以てする貼着方
法によるか又は合成樹脂シートの折返部と芯板の
裏面の布帛の間に熱可塑性合成樹脂テープを中間
材として挿入した上で高周波熔着を為す等の面倒
な工程を要する弊があつた。
本発明は斯る欠点を除去することを目的とする
ものであつて、裏面に布帛を貼着した芯板の表面
に、裏面に目の粗い布帛層を有する熱可塑性合成
樹脂シートを重合し、同シートの周縁を芯板の裏
面に折返したのち同折返部を外辺に熔着部を有し
内縁に刃部を備えた荒周波ウエルダー用の上部電
極を以て高周波電圧を印加することによつてこの
折返部の外辺を芯板の裏面に熔着すると共にこの
熔着部の内切縁を熔断することを要旨とするもの
である。
尚、図示せる実施例は裏面に布帛1を貼着した
ボール紙2を芯板3とし、その表面に塩化ビニル
スポンジ4を重合したのち裏面に目の粗い布帛5
を備えた塩化ビニルシート6を布帛5が塩化ビニ
ルスポンジ4に接合するようにして同芯板3に重
合し、同塩化ビニルシート6の周縁を芯板3の裏
面に折返したのち、全体を表裏反転して高周波ウ
エルダーの下部電極7上に載置し、上記の折返部
8を外辺に熔着部9を有し内縁に刃部10を備え
た上部電極11を以て高周波電圧を印加すること
によつて同折返部8の外辺を芯板3の裏面に熔着
すると共に熔着部の内切縁を熔断し、この熔断部
12の内辺を同熔断部12に沿つて引きちぎり究
成品を得るものである。
本発明は叙上の通りであるのでボール紙等の芯
板の裏面に布帛を貼着することによつて同芯板を
補強すると共にその裏面をその布帛を以て美粧
し、同じく芯板の表面を裏面に布帛層を設けて全
体に強度と非伸縮性を附与した熱可塑性合成樹脂
シートを以て被覆し、同シートの周縁を芯板の裏
面に折返して同部に止着した容器の背版、表紙を
得ることができるは勿論であるが特に芯板の表面
の熱可塑性合成樹脂シートの裏面に設けた布帛層
に目の粗いものを格別に用いたので同シートの芯
板の裏面への折返部はその高周波ウエルダーによ
る芯板裏面の布帛への熔着時に同シートの熔融部
が粗い布帛層の目を通して芯板裏面の布帛に附着
しこれによつて当該合成樹脂シートと芯板裏面の
布帛とを接着せしめるに至るものであつて、同部
の相互止着は接着剤を以てする貼着方法によるか
又は合成樹脂シートの折返部と芯板の裏面の布帛
の間に熱可塑性合成樹脂テープの中間材として挿
入した上で高周波熔着を為す等の面倒な工程を要
せずしてこれを容易且つ確実に為すを得る効果が
ある。

図は本発明容器の背版、表紙等の製造方法の実
施例を示すものであつて、第1図は完成品の断面
略図、第2図は製造工程を示す要部の拡大断面図

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 裏面に布帛を貼着した芯板の表面に、裏面に
    目の粗い布帛層を有する熱可塑性合成樹脂シート
    を重合し、同シートの周縁を芯板の裏面に折返し
    たのち同折返部を外辺に熔着部を有し内縁に刃部
    を備えた高周波ウエルダー用の上部電極を以て高
    周波電圧を印加することによつてこの折返部の外
    辺を芯板の裏面に熔着すると共にこの熔着部の内
    切縁を熔断することを特徴とする容器の背版、表
    紙等の製造方法。
